Right in the center of downtown this Hyatt is perfect! The rooms are clean and the staff are soooo nice ! The front desk made me coffee late at night while I was burning the midnight oil on my work projects and Mike set up an amazing breakfast for the hotel in the morning! Eggs and has browns and yogurt and fruit and coffee and cereal and and and! The dining room was well maintained and the overall experience was 5 star!!!

The staff at this hotel are top notch. They could not have made our experience better from check in to check out. We stay at Disney hotels often, and honestly the customer service at the I Hotel was as good or better. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Breakfast was well stocked and the entire hotel was kept clean.

The hotel is clean and very beautiful. Great customer service and housekeeping. There were many hotels close such as Marriotts, and Hiltons, but this one is my new go to; This was my first time staying in Best Western Plus in Champaign but definitely would recommend to any parent or UNIVERSTIY OF ILLINOIS student TO stay HERE.

Booked this for the price after seeing the good reviews on Trip Advisor. I needed something clean and close to where I was going. This fit the bill perfectly. Not fancy at all but clean. The front desk attendant was very friendly. I was given a room in a different building from the check in building and as a woman traveling alone I wasn’t thrilled but I felt safe. There were workmen welding on the building I was in so it was a little noisy but I wasn’t expecting quiet in the middle of the day when I checked in. I’m super picky about showers, but I was happy. The shower water pressure was adequate and the temperature was nice and warm. Overall this was better than expected based on the price I paid, I would stay here again if traveling to Champaign.

My 14 year old son said it best, this place has everything! Great mini dinner buffet with food for meat eaters, vegetarians and even those who are gluten free. Plus popcorn! Rooms are nice too. If traveling with big dogs, Drury welcomes them.
