The hotel rooms are quite distinctive. There is a small corridor at the entrance, with toilets and cloakrooms on both sides. At the end of the corridor is a screen, and behind the screen is the guest room. The layout of the guest room is quite simple (actually a bit too simple for this level). The room I stayed in on the shady side has a thin quilt and the room is not very warm. I have to turn on the air conditioner to sleep at night in winter. The bathroom is average, the gym is average, the breakfast is average, the dining area is quite large but the dishes are not special. The view outside the window is pretty good. The villa area behind is pretty beautiful but it seems to be unfinished. Among the five-star hotels in Changchun, Jingyue Sheraton is relatively remote, and there are no companies or schools nearby. According to my impression, the hotel does not have a high passenger flow (especially compared to its huge building volume), the hotel is relatively quiet inside and outside, and the price is relatively low.

The room description is quite accurate. It is very convenient to have the Jilin Provincial Museum opposite the hotel. There is a food street about 10 minutes away.

I chose this hotel based on the map because it was close to Jingyuetan Forest Park. But when the doorman saw me getting off the car with my two children, no one came forward to help with the luggage. I can only say that it is just average and suitable for people who travel by car.

It should be said that this is the worst Sheraton I have ever stayed in... I booked a Sheraton twin room for one night and a deluxe twin room for three nights. The deluxe room was more than 200 yuan more expensive per night. Ctrip wrote that the Sheraton twin room is two 1.3-meter single beds, and the deluxe room is two 1.35-meter double beds. I felt something was wrong when I went there. I asked the hotel and they said that all the twin rooms have the same bed type, and the only difference is the view. Hygiene: relatively poor, all kinds of dust and stains that can't be wiped clean. Facilities: The hotel is not old, and the hardware facilities are pretty good, but the maintenance is average. The quilt is very thin, the air conditioner is a bit broken, and I was woken up by the cold on the first night. Service: It's also average. If the shampoo is gone, they won't check and refill it by themselves. If the guest doesn't remember to ask them to add it, they won't refill it. So there was no shampoo to use in the last two nights.

Stayed for 2 days during the Spring Festival, it was great. The location is close to Jingyuetan Lake, and it takes about half an hour to drive to other attractions, so it's not too far. The hotel front desk was very nice, and gave the children 2 extra breakfasts, and upgraded the room for free. The room was spacious and the facilities were new. The beds were 2 1.5 Jin Koil beds, and the family of 4 would not be crowded. The window sill faces Changying Century City, and the view is sunny. Before leaving, the child was given a stuffed doll.

We checked in on the first day of the new year and were upgraded to an executive room for free. We were lucky. We could go to the nearby Jingyuetan Park and play in the snow and ski. We went to Changchun Ice and Snow New World the next day. Since we drove by ourselves, it was quite convenient.

The room is spacious, the two large beds in the parent-child room are very comfortable, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is particularly good, and the response to any problems is quick and timely. It is very close to the Jingyuetan Scenic Area, and there is an outlet mall next to it where you can go shopping and eat. It was a very satisfactory stay. I will choose here again when I come to Changchun next time.

I really don't recommend staying here in winter. I read comments saying that the parent-child room was colder and the air conditioner was broken. I thought it was an isolated phenomenon. As a result, the air conditioner didn't work all night. It was more than 20 degrees below zero outside, and the air conditioner in the room was not strong. I wanted to cancel one night but couldn't, so I asked for an electric heater. It was finally warm on the second night, but the electric heater was really loud, but at least it wasn't cold... The room was big, but the hygiene was really not in place. It was dirty everywhere. The children's slides and plush toys should not have been cleaned. The children played with them and itched all over, but they didn't let them touch those toys. The waiter who checked in at the front desk that day was very unprofessional and indifferent. I don't know why. We were all polite, but she looked high and mighty. She didn't raise her eyelids to talk to you when she asked anything. It was in sharp contrast to the beautiful front desk lady at Hyatt on the first day... There was no at least courtesy! However, she was an isolated case. The other service staff I met during my two-day stay were very friendly.

A hotel very close to Jingyuetan Lake. I took a taxi from the high-speed rail station. It is a little far from the city, but close to the scenic spots. The service and hygiene are all five-star hotel standards. The equipment is a little old, but the buffet is still very nice.
