Very good service, helped us a lot. The location is right at Huangxin walking street. You need to walk in a little bit (2 mins) and the entrance can be hard to find. Always love Atour.

Location is very good. Few minutes walk to the subway station. It's also very quiet regardless it's just above the shopping and eateries areas. Strongly recommended.

Atour Light Hotel is located in the heart of Huang Xing Pedestrian Street, a Changsha foodie paradise. The location is a little hard to find since the entrance is in an alley, but still a great location nonetheless. The hotel is new and clean. I chose a room without windows as the receptionist explained it would be quieter. Instead of a real window, the “window” look out into a fake garden, which I thought it was a nice touch. Besides the usual complimentary toiletries, the hotel also offer heated eye masks and surplus drinks in the refrigerator. The free laundry service is also a plus. When checking out, the reception offered more water and snacks. Overall, I am very satisfied with Atour Light Hotel and would recommend it to my friends and family when visiting Changsha.

Everything is fine. Just the room smells cigarette although is none smoking room. Other than that superb good.

We stayed in a cosy double and the room was great. Comfy bed, good shower, all the room amenities were fine. The room looked onto the main street which stayed quite noisy till around 2am, but even that was OK - However there is some hurrendous building work going on somewhere nearby and the drilling started early in the morning and lasted intermittently all day which meant no relaxing inside the room at any point which was a shame, as the weather was quite wet. If that noise wasn't there, I'd stay again.

The hotel is located in a nice area near landmark points. Food at a hotel's restaurant is delicious. Our friends love them. Highly recommended.

Location, location, location! Conveniently situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from restaurants, food streets, and shopping malls, this hotel couldn't be better positioned. I've been a frequent guest at Atour whenever I travel to China, and it never disappoints. The services, facilities, and amenities are top-notch, with complimentary laundry, nightly porridge, and a well-stocked coffee bar. However, one downside is the litter strewn along the streets in the central area, which can detract from the overall experience. Despite this minor inconvenience, I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location and exceptional hospitality.

Close to food street, shopping districts, and metro station. However, it does not have a main lobby that is accessible by cars. We were carrying heavy luggages and it was difficult for us to bring our luggages to and fro the cab pick up and drop off points. Otherwise, a new hotel with clean facilities and comfortable beds. Breakfast was yummy too!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the subway. The room was clean and tidy, and snacks and water were given when checking out. I recommend staying here.

I stayed at this Qingju Hotel again on a business trip to Changsha, and it was still a good experience. Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy. The location is close to the subway station and the business district. The breakfast is clean and fresh. The washing and drying machines in the laundry room are all new. The front desk lady is very nice and attentive. She gave me an umbrella, guided me, and responded to my requests. I will come again.

The stay experience exceeded expectations! From booking to check-out, it was a hassle-free experience. I have to give this hotel a full score. The room design is modern and warm, and the bedding is so comfortable that you can fall asleep in seconds! The air conditioner is silent and cools quickly. After a day of running, you can instantly recover. The shower water pressure is super strong, and hot water comes in 3 seconds. The big-name toiletries are fragrant and not sticky, and the details are full! Every day when I return to the room, it is as clean as when I just checked in, and towels and bath towels are changed daily. There are so many breakfast varieties that it is difficult to choose! There are fresh noodles, Western-style baking, and local specialties. The fruit is fresh and the coffee is fragrant. What surprised me most was the free laundry service. The clothes sent back were not only neatly folded but also fragrant! The front desk was gentle and professional. The invoice was super efficient when checking out. The electronic version was sent to the mailbox in seconds, and a small gift was given attentively. It really feels like home!

Great trip, after a long time of selection, I finally chose the Qingju Hotel. My wife wanted to be close to the subway, and the subway station was a 3-minute walk to the hotel. March was the off-season, and there were not many people. The lady also helped to upgrade. As soon as I got off the train, the staff contacted me and added WeChat, and sent me the route to find the hotel. The staff I met would say hello. The shower room was very clean and the water from the shower head was very strong, and it was very comfortable to take a shower. The air conditioning and heating effect was very good, even hot. The hair dryer was very strong. The room was equipped with a small refrigerator, and the clothes could be washed and dried 24 hours a day and sent back to the room, which was very convenient. There is also a bamboo house in the lobby where you can borrow books and take them back to the room to see the room. A bottle of Coke will be delivered every day, and mineral water can also be refilled. Downstairs of the hotel is the Internet celebrity tenderloin, Cha Yan, and stupid radish. You can check out at 2 pm. When you check out, the lady also packed snacks and mineral water for you to take with you, which is considerate. Next time I come to Changsha, I will give priority to the Qingju Hotel. By the way, although there is a pedestrian street outside the room, the sound insulation effect is really good, and you can basically not hear it.
