設施：除了蹲廁外，沒啥好的，都挺舊的。洗手枱下面的櫃子門是爛的，也沒修。還有一些爛的，都爛得大大方方。門是電子卡。
衞生：還行，至少睡的和坐的地方沒有灰，枕頭一點點發黃。
環境：在馬路邊，往巷子裏走幾步。車流聲很小，有窗户但不太通風，得開空調空氣才好一點。空間很狹小，是住過的最小的房間，在桑植住過六十幾塊錢的糧源賓館都沒有這裏的憋屈。
有按金，按金隨意定，不交現金而是要你用攜程APP訂隔壁三合賓館的一個房間作為按金，房間隨意選擇，退房時老闆用微信掃碼退款。
總之就是很難評，性價比很低，長沙住過一百八一晚和兩百多一晚的酒店，都體驗一般，這次為了距離選擇最近的酒店以為和桑植株洲鳳凰永順那邊的七十幾的酒店一樣會乾淨整潔空間適宜，結果狠狠踩雷。第二天又從長沙趕到張家界永定區的七十幾塊一晚的客棧，空間是這裏的三倍大。落差感十足。長沙的酒店就和它的馬路一樣，破破爛爛。
