環境：還算可以，東西俱全
服務：老闆非常熱情。然後價格也非常划算。
還算挺安靜的，基本沒有人吵，下樓買東西很方便。

房子屬於單元樓裏面隔開的房間，房間整體佈局還可以，設施齊全，老闆也很熱情。靠近理工大學旁邊，很安靜，周邊吃飯方便。
