房間設施較新，空間寬敞，衞生乾淨，床鋪1.3米雙人床，夠2大2小。贈送長沙魚頭一盤，酒店餐廳團購後性價比很高，做的菜味道好，而且餐廳就餐環境舒適温馨，服務人員態度非常好。酒店附近交通便捷，距離400米有二條地鐵線，到最熱鬧的五一廣場、熱門景點、高鐵站和機場都很方便。

第三次入住了，環境舒適安全可靠，早餐品類齊全，午餐剁椒魚頭吃完回味無窮，豆花甜淡適中。健身房比較大，可以打桌球，有跑步機以及臂力訓練用具。失眠患者晚上睡得很香，好久沒這麼早入睡了。

房間挺大的，雙床能合併。智能馬桶使用很方便，還提供一次性馬桶套。客房打掃的阿姨很客氣。在酒店點外賣，智能機器人會送上樓。因為火車是下午2點多，詢問前台也能延遲到下午1點再退房。對酒店服務很滿意。
