New and clean hotel. It’s worthy the 5 star rating. The kids play area is very clean and nice quality. Beds and furniture are also great in the room. Personnel of the hotel are really nice. The breakfast menu is rich and the dinning environment is exquisite. I think it’s the best hotel in the area. We really enjoyed our stray!

閨蜜一家出遊，我就跟跟，訂晚了，衹能奢侈一次訂了頂層行政房，總體還好，酒店要住新的，飯店要吃老的，嘿嘿。假期人好多，品牌效應，游泳池還可以就是孩子太多，喜歡日式風格和服務，晚上還免費看見了煙花，久違了，住大城市很久不讓放就忘記去買點放了，還好看到了也足夠了。

和朋友一起五一最後一天出遊，選了日航酒店入住，酒店還是蠻讓我們驚艷的，一進大堂服務員很熱情招呼我們辦理入住，給了我們靠南的11樓房間蠻大很亮堂，智能馬桶，獨立衞浴，晚餐前先去三樓泳池游泳，還配備了温泉和桑拿，設施很齊全，推薦

51帶着家人來常熟玩，定了日航。酒店很新，日本人的酒店衞生是必須的。賓客中心zoe小鄒也很熱情，有需求即時幫我協調解決，贊一個！常熟感覺去哪都是十五分鐘，所以自駕很方便。晚上還有人放煙花，挺有意思。窗外有個空地，一座孤零零的橋。

酒店很新，設施還行，但是離我心中的“日式服務”相去甚遠，對於勞動節的大客流，我衹能説酒店沒有準備好，下午四點才打掃房間，早餐被挪去了宴會廳吃，猶如到了國外酒店中國人被區別對待，看着還沒睡醒直打瞌睡的服務員，心中衹能搖頭，打客房服務要幾瓶水等了一個小時都沒來，還要打第二次，哎！真的沒有準備好，希望能好好改進吧！

酒店在昆承湖邊，房間面向昆承湖，可以遠望昆承湖。酒店服務很好，面對大客流，能積極想辦法。前台、客房服務都很用心。小樸，韓國籍前台，入住和退房都是她辦理的，特別有緣。下次來常熟，再來入住。
