The hotel it’s really pleasant and layout of public areas pleasant . Rooms are clean and quite comfortable . Personnel really qualified and problem solving . Some of them speak English too .

Kaiyuan Hotel is a very cost-effective hotel. The Mingdu Hotel where I stayed this time is located in the new district of Changzhou, so it is very quiet. There is no business around. There is a large park suitable for walking. There are many schools around. The transportation is convenient. It is more than 10 minutes away from Changzhou North Station, and more than 10 minutes by taxi from Hongmei Park, Qingguo Lane, and Tianning Temple. I was upgraded to a room and welcomed with fruit every day. When I checked in that day, there was a hanging ladder outside the window that was detached, and it was hitting the outer window from time to time, making some noise. Because I was afraid of noise, I asked the front desk to change it 20 minutes after checking in. A guy wearing glasses went upstairs like a leader, very thoughtful and enthusiastic. Although I had used the bathroom, towels, and trash can, he still changed me to a new room. I was very touched.

Very pleasant experience, the guy at the front desk was great, he helped us upgrade the room type, and there was a free minibar, and paid breakfast, so I went downstairs early to have breakfast. Maybe it was full on Saturday, there were a lot of people eating breakfast, and you had to queue up for noodles and buns, but you could eat them all.
