實際入住體驗：整體裝修已經很舊了，衞生間有點異味，床上衞生不行，有毛絮，鴨絨被已經成坨了，其實被子就是被套；兩房別墅主房（大床）暖氣還可以，2箇中央空調，室温不打空調也有23℃，側房（兩床）暖氣不行，開着空調晚上睡覺也有點冷（被子該換了！）；服務還算可以，擺渡車隨叫隨到，讓人不悦的就是房間內沒有標價的茶葉以為是免費的，最後説是要收費的；公共温泉，很多空的換衣櫃，給鑰匙都擠在一起就不好了，個別湯池水比較少，坐到底半個身子漏在外面，得平躺，二樓休息區有小朋友玩的，也有免費水果，不過很多人吸煙；別墅內私湯温泉不錯，可冷可熱，夠5-6個成人是可以的，私密性也不錯，沒有躺椅；整體不能叫五星級酒店，勉強四星吧

酒店環境周圍綠化不錯，温泉也很方便，適合帶娃，但是別墅房間有黴味，設施老舊，衞生間吊頂有蜘蛛網。建議衞生設施完善，畢竟一晚3060房價也不便宜，並沒有物有所值的體驗感。

每年都會去好幾次…個人感覺可以算安徽比較好的温泉別墅酒店了…適合帶長者和孩子…朋友之間的温泉遊…除了酒店年限有點長設施有些陳舊…其他都是不錯的…

至少去過四次了，這是最不滿意的一次。1.晚上去餐廳打包飯菜回別墅，門口小夥子跟我説員工吃飯，擺渡車要十幾分鍾。我走到上坡就看見車子在送客人……2.退房後有扣費，説水槍袋子破了。我自己帶的有水槍，壓根沒注意房間水槍袋子。要是要水槍，就要快遞到付……呵呵，美中不足吧。

1、停車混亂。住店客人和泡温泉客人的停車區不分開，明明裡面有車位，攜帶行李保安仍説裏面車位滿了，需要停在馬路邊，等晚上7點以後再開進去。
2、住宿沒有清晰的指引，辦入住時僅説出門右轉穿過停車場，實際湯屋在一條小路後面，小路也沒有清晰的指引。
