首先，地理位置絕佳了，江景房就是實在的江景。酒店去年開業，是目前我住過潮州最好的酒店了。車停門口大堂行李員就上來開門迎客，幫忙拿行李。前台的一位工戴眼鏡的鄭姓作人員和大堂經理Jennie知道我開會緊急但又沒到入住時間加上沒有空房第一時間見安排我在行政酒廊1️⃣個角落工作，解決了我的困難！真心很感恩，這麼貼心的為客人着想。因為我是igh會員，所以小冰箱飲品都是免費贈送的，哈哈哈。爽歪歪的！清潔房間的小姐姐也很細心禮貌周到。早餐很豐盛，關鍵是很好吃。嘻嘻嘻，這幾天在這裏住得很舒心。以後來潮州就鎖定這家了

非常棒的一次入住，選擇了親子房，房間很大兩張桌，不要擠在一起，出門就是古城牌坊街，吃很方便，值得推薦。早餐類別也很均衡，就是天冷上來食物已冷。

優點:有接送站服務，服務體驗很好，前台熱情周到，還幫忙提行李。房間很大，也挺整潔，迷你吧的飲料可以免費使用。全屋智能控制，挺有新鮮感，酒店地理位置優越，出行方便。
不足:餐食精緻但固定的，沒有選擇的餘地，對挑食的人不太友好。房間的垃圾桶太小了。地點優越但有點吵。這個價位，下午茶略顯摳嗖。

酒店位置沒的説，就在牌坊街入口。房間很智能，設計很時尚，服務很到位，管家到牌坊街門口接待，有專人泊車。微信上詢問附近的美食還有專門整理好的表格。餐廳景觀很好，樓上天台還可以看到遠處的廣濟樓。

地點超級方便，樓下就是牌坊街，開窗晚上有一點吵，玻璃隔音還是很不錯的。服務周到，安排停車，早餐也有本地特色。

酒店位置非常好，牌坊街南端入口，9樓可看牌坊街，遠眺西湖，風景優美。
房間床品很舒服，提供一次性馬桶墊和浴缸袋。免費接送服務方便又貼心。送了下午茶。
總之非常推薦入住。
