Free upgrade from a double room to a family room (consists of a separate double room, a single room and one toilet / shower) in a big room. Free onsite parking.
Dinner deal was very great, 2 mains for £15, and big portions! Free welcoming hot drink was available too.
The shower water is hot, yet the water pressure is weak (perhaps it is a "water-saving" style?)
Hot items of breakfast buffet was great, esp. the mushrooms were very big, with free refill filter coffee and tea. It'd be good if there are yogurt and more varieties of bread.
Just 5 minutes drive to town centre / train station.

Good service and friendly staff. Beautiful views of well kept golf course, lovely walk on path next to beach to Skegness centre.
Varied bar menu made evening eating convenient and a good experience.
I would have liked a mirror nearer electric socket in the room

Recently stopped with my partner & 1 year old daughter for 3 nights, not a good start all steps to get in then 3 lots of stairs no lift & receptionist was not bothered just said its mainly for golfers & will keep you fit! Then got in the room to find out there was no iron,iron board,hairdryer or TV remote in our room as specified so managed to get everything in the end but the remote took a 4th attempt & again the receptionist attitude stunk! Wasn't our fault the was not provided with facilities that we have paid for in our family room & surely not having lifts would of been put on a ground floor so we didn't have to struggle. The other staff were lovely. Great location,room & food.

A trip to a local music event required an overnight stay at tbis venue, very friendly and accomodating staff, Accommodation clean and comfortable, Easy access to town centre to golf course if thats your thing,

My single room was comfortable, and the evening meal was good.
However, the different restaurant and bar meal breakfast menus and opening hours was confusing (with some contradictory printed information supplied), and this was not helped by the rather condescending and patronising attitude of the lady receptionist who checked me in.
The bathroom toilet brush and holder was filthy on arrival, with one corner of the room clearly not having been vacuumed, which I mentioned when I checked out.
