Great hotel I was skeptical of booking through the app and the hotel reviews. When we arrived a tall gentleman with a long beard provided nothing but great customer service. The bar drinks were affordable and moneys worth. Great views and everything was 5-10 minutes away.

Amazing hotel. I love everything about it. So next trip to Charlotte try to stay at Sonesta Executive Park.

We stayed at the Sonesta for five days while our house was being painted. The grounds are beautiful. The room was nice and comfortable, with Keurig coffee maker and a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast (not included) was outstanding, as was the dining room staff. The indoor/outdoor pool is a nice. The fitness center has stationary bikes, treadmills, and a separate weight room. We really liked that there is no housekeeping during your stay -- no "knock-knock HOUSEKEEPING" at inconvenient times. No one coming in and out of your room while you're not there. On the down side, our room faced I-77 and the noise could have gotten on our nerves if we let it. There was no water pressure in the shower at 8:00 am on a Tuesday morning. That night it was fine. There is no microwave in the room. After five days, we would have been happy to stay awhile longer.

Won’t stay here again ,woman at the from desk was rude , you have to pay to park, and also be informed it’s a bad area so your stuff will probably get stolen.

It started off rough, and I say that only because the room that we were supposed to be in had trash inside the room, even though the room was very nice. I did not touch the trash. I went down to the front desk and told them the situation apparently the housekeeper did not fill out the trash and left the contents on the bed and on the table, they immediately gave me another room the executive suite level it was so nice. They also gave us other condiments for the room which made this day even more pleasurable. I’ve always stayed at the Sonesta even in Atlanta. I just love it and I love that they were able to , make my stage just as pleasurable as it would and any of the other places that I stayed

It was nice room...the only thing is that the rug was pretty stained and burnt spots, and there was a leak in the bathroom...other than that it was very comfortable stay.
