Good location. Very tasty breakfast! Enjoyed it. Cons - it was cold in the room. The air conditioner seemed to work, but it didn't help warm up much. But overall everything is good.

I have stayed in several cities in Morocco and saw that this hotel is not as good as in China, but it is quite good. In fact, it is not a hotel but more like a family hotel. There are only 6 rooms in total. The two rooms we booked are double rooms and we don’t know the other room types. The room cannot accommodate extra beds and the space is limited. There is not much difference between the different room types for us because we checked in at night and went out after breakfast in the morning. There is no need to stay in your own room to see the panoramic view of the mountain city. There is a public balcony where you can take pictures.

It's okay. It would be nice if someone came out to pick me up.

The hotel is located in the middle of the old city, very close to the square. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the square where the car is parked. The hotel is clean and hygienic, the staff are very nice, breakfast is on the rooftop terrace, and the sunset view and angle on the terrace are very good!

Very good boss, there were no guests in the Ramadan hotel when we came, and he prepared a simple breakfast for us. The location in the old city of Chefchaouen was a bit difficult to find, and the parking was outside the city.

Riad was nice and staff was friendly. Rooms were very small and tight and had a damp smell. Breakfast on the rooftop was amazing and hot and fresh! The towels also had a wet damp smell that was hard to ignore.

Positive - rooftop terrace is high with a great view 2nd rooftop terrace with also a nice view - Large clean rooms - perfect AC - one of the better breakfasts we had (ask for peanut buttern, it's really good!) - clean - ok location, but parking is not easy Negative Very few, and more minor annoyances, but wanna suggest improvements - small bathroom sink area - no hooks to hang things - no tables to put suitcase on - not enough chairs on the 2nd balcony All in all a very enjoyable place -

Once again the staff has been the winning key to our stay in Morocco. The staff was so accommodating, helping us with luggage and navigating the medina. The terrace is stunning and breakfast was great. The staff even accommodated an early breakfast for our early departure. We were only here for one night, which felt like just enough time to really take in the city. The room had tvs, A/C, and a refrigerator. The medina can get noisy but quiets down around11pm/12am.

We stayed here for 2 nights and arrived quite late to check in on the first night. Location- 10/10 In the heart of the Chefchaouen medina. It helps if you use Google maps or you'll definitely get lost. Hotel/Riad - 3/10 This place needs a refurb. It could be that they were going for the traditional riad design but this just seemed like it was designed 100 years ago. Certain parts need an upgrade. Cleanliness wise it wasn't too bad. Although on the first night, there was bad odour coming from the bathroom. Service - 5/10 The owner had bad attitude and just seemed miserable the whole time. Then I realised that's his personality so I don't think he means to be horrible, it's just the way he is. He offered to sell his riad to me, and has plans to relocate. So I think he is just bored and fed up of running his riad. Breakfast - 10/10 Cooked fresh to order. The usual traditional moroccan breads, pastries, spreads and eggs. Value for money - 8/10 Cheap and cheerful. Okay for a very short stay and you don't plan to sit in all day There weren't many other options around as the town itself is very quiet in terms of tourists.

No bath towels (one small per person). No shower head. Breakfast, you have to be the first because there are only 12 chairs. Very friendly staff. The location is very good not far from the active center of the city. Breakfast on the terrace with a good view of the city.

This riad is very well located in the medina of Chefchaouen, close to several restaurants and in the heart of the action. Plan to park at the foot of the mountain since it is not possible to get there by car. Very safe and the staff are also very attentive - it was possible to move forward the breakfast time so that we could leave earlier on the morning of our departure. The included breakfast was delicious and plentiful, tea and coffee included. The riad also has a very beautiful terrace which gives a very beautiful view of the medina, as well as to see magnificent sunsets. We loved our stay and recommend to all travelers :-)!

Riad within the Medina. You have to go up quite a bit from the parking lot. Very well located and clean. Our room was very small but clean. Breakfast, great on the terrace. Very friendly and helpful. We hope to return.

Awful. Too many things went wrong: The air conditioning didn't work, the owner acted crazy, and the alternative room he offered me smelled like a septic tank. The owner offers us a "superior" room on the first day but the next day he blackmails us by paying more to maintain it or sleeping in a cellar that smells like a septic tank or a room without air conditioning, with infernal heat. The owner comes into your room and turns off the air conditioning every time you leave the room. Not satisfied with that, it says that you are obsessed with 18 degrees and sets it to 24. The Wifi never works. Hot water works sometimes. Sometimes it comes out frozen and other times boiling several times in a single minute. It's totally random. You can wait 10 minutes for hot water when another riad guest finishes showering. After 12 at night they turn off the cold water and only a trickle of boiling water comes out, even through the toilet. Breakfast is served to you on a terrace that is infested with bees that make it impossible to have a peaceful breakfast, and they tell you that it is normal, that they are your friends. A swarm of bees swims in the jam and harasses you. Physical distancing in the dining area is exactly 5 centimeters, elbow to elbow with other users who are bothered by your partner wearing a low-cut. The toilet in the "superior" room, with mountain views, does not drain properly. You have to help yourself with a bucket. The shower in one of the rooms had a lump of cement. As for curtains, you must choose between light and privacy. One of the rooms had very dim and insufficient lighting of two different colors. Very gloomy. They send you to a parking lot full of gorillas who harass you and chase you to the hotel. The fences support you on top of the car's sheet metal. The parking guy tries to scam you by charging you double what he agreed to the day before. One of the rooms has a crack through which they can see you naked from outside the room.

Very nice riad. The staff takes great care, always concerned about your comfort. Small tea offered on arrival. Correct and plentiful breakfast. Clean room. View of the mountains from the two terraces. Thanks to the staff.
