位置很好，寬窄巷子對面，一個老小區裏，能深切感受到老成都的生活氣。老闆是一個北方大姐，説話直，但人很好，我訂的六人間，沒有床位了最後給我安排到六樓四人間裏，也沒加錢。還向老闆要了洗衣服洗衣服😄😄😄老闆真心不錯，很好的一位大姐…
環境：就30元，這環境算可以了，再就是處於熱門景區，算是很良心了，就是架子床，三個房間，也有住了一年多的一位大哥（説他懶得租房住，這裡有形形色色的人，還熱鬧😂😂😂），熱水澡沒問題，就是喝的熱水得自己拿壺去燒，看了一下熱水壺內心就放棄了，直接買飲料喝了🤣
交通：非常方便，地鐵站3分鐘就能到，公交個。更不用説，非常方便
衞生：整體乾淨，不過床單被罩是多次用的（自己腦補吧！）被子的確有點厚，夏天有點熱，衞生間，客廳都算不錯
服務：老闆服務很好…

老闆娘人挺好，因為協商後“自選自願”住了間需要自行收拾衞生的房間，簡單收拾垃圾，再把擋道兒擁擠的摺疊床收起來，最後擦一下殘留剩餘物異味冰箱（斷電狀態），度過的一晚挺清凈！

忘記拍照了，民宿房間實際情況和宣傳圖相符，是舊居民樓的一個單元，房子有兩個衞生間，一個坐廁一個蹲廁，其中一個不能洗澡（如果兩個都能洗澡就更好了），兩個衞生間都挺乾淨的（這是重點!!!）。離寬窄巷子很近。符合這個價位，整體滿意

很難忘的一次住宿體驗，因為我當天到的比較晚，所以我提前聯繫了一下，還好提前聯繫了，因為老闆忘記給我安排床位，然後最後有人退房還是有了我的床位，但是我晚上到的時候發現我的床位上有人在睡覺。。。最後老闆讓隨便找了個空床位，睡了一覺，好像把別人的位置佔了。。。也是我的運氣不好吧，但是感覺老闆可以再加強一下管理。祝老闆生意越做越好吧。

老闆人挺好，就是確實蠻簡陋的哈，對於這個位置來説價格衹能説適配度挺高。是步梯老小區屋子隔開的，門衞不太友好，外賣送上來需要交罰款，還有門禁也需要付錢。綜合來説，如果趕時間的話可以住。不趕時間的話，建議另尋他處。
