房間挺乾淨，還有洗衣粉和專門晾衣服的地方，細節做的不錯，就是前台小姐姐的業務可以稍微再走點心，我提前一天定好的房間，去前台辦入住的時候她居然還不知道，好在找半天終於找到了。
總體來説還可以。

我衹想説，這也算是品牌連號酒店下的管理哇，第一天從貴陽到龍泉，為了方便選擇了地理位置方便辦事的酒店，説實話，前台服務極差，一沒回應，二沒招呼，看手機幾乎看的着迷，以至於三次對前台工作人員的呼應，她沒有聽到，三是晚上回酒店在前台站很久，沒有一句招呼，也沒有問詢客人需要什麼幫助，原本不想評價，確實住幾天的體驗下來，這樣的服務老闆想走多遠。如果這評論覺得我是故意抹黑你們酒店，請調取當天監控進行申訴

和朋友約了週末到龍泉山上看桃花，看推薦訂的酒店，結果沒想到這裏到山上不怎麼方便，太遠了。酒店的衞生整體一般，主要那個馬桶讓我坐不下去，感覺沒打掃乾淨。房間沒有浴袍，洗完澡太不方便了，不能理解…酒店隔音不是很好，大半夜也不知道外面在修什麼，吵的睡不着。

1、巨吵的房間，一晚上連續醒來幾次，睡了跟沒睡一樣，房間窗户關完了車子的聲音都一直透進來，我的睡眠算是很好的了都沒法睡，那種睡眠淺的估計一晚上都別想睡了
2、房間的毛巾地巾一看就不想用，你至少要乾淨整潔嘛
3、本來是在西安住了這家店覺得還行，這家踩雷，以後都不會再住這個店
