和朋友一起出門網上訂的，整體來説環境臨江，晚上夜景漂亮😍而且有早餐😁適合我們不熟悉周邊的人，免得到處找吃的，客房有需要的話都會隨時給我們送洗東西之類的，而且前台小劉接待很熱情，詳細給我們介紹了周邊景點，謝謝，下次如果有機會過來，還是會選擇再來的

酒店設施設備齊全，有機器人，自助辦理機，小商品機，房間衞生乾淨，還有免費的水果送，晚上10點之前還有可以打電話讓服務員送宵夜和泡腳，都是免費的，大堂收銀員高露服務態度非常好，介紹的很清楚，看我拿着護膚品，還送了我一個小化粧包，特別貼心

【江河景房】位置非常好，從房間可以看到旁邊的小河和廊橋，夜景非常贊。
晚上還有送大木桶泡腳的服務，感覺像在家裡一樣。
早餐也中規中矩，很好吃。

酒店位置很好找，在新津皮草城那裡。辦理入住很快，服務人員很熱情。房間設施簡潔整齊衞生，一次性牙具拖鞋護理包浴帽都有。房間熱水很好，水壓也很合適，很多酒店的水壓都不行 。酒店的保潔人員也很熱情，主動和我們打招呼，有什麼問題都很快幫我們處理。我覺得特別好的是早飯！！餐具都很乾凈，味道也很好吃，還有現烤的麪包。總之，是一個不錯的酒店，推薦入住！

前段時間才住過一次，因為上次體驗不錯，這次出差果斷選擇了這家店，在前台辦理入住時前台妹妹小高説他們是連鎖酒店，在成都及周邊有很多分店，還送了我兩張品茶券推薦我到4樓新裝修的茶坊喝茶。吃了晚飯和朋友去喝了兩杯茶，還不錯，環境很清凈，茶坊服務員穿的旗袍挺好看的。第二天早上出門比較早，中午回來時客房的服務員還把襪子幫我和同事洗了，這真的挺感謝她們的，服務是真心好，點贊👍！

以前住過）家酒店，現在好像改成鉑雅名人酒店了，前台辦理入住的妹妹説她之前就在這家店上班，服務很熱情，還特意給我們安排了靠江邊的房間，很耐心的給我們講解酒店增加了很多免費服務：有洗衣服，泡腳、宵夜、歡迎水果，送的水果都是現在的當季水果很新鮮 ，服務是也是真心不錯。在樓道上看見有個機器，好奇心問前台是什麼，前台告訴我説是機器人，可以無接觸送外賣或者其他東西到房間，這個是真心不錯喲，尤其是疫情期間。還有一點必須説的就是在酒店樓道碰到的每一位員工都超級熱情的給我們打招呼，在電梯廳碰到一位客房大姐很熱情的還主動過來幫我安了電梯，作為服務行業來説真的做得很不錯 ，下次一定還會來，這家店是很值得推薦的。
