Great location in downtown Chengdu with many restaurants walking distance, including supermarkets and pharmacies. Excellent breakfast with asian and western options.

Good stay and access to the facilities. Helpful staff! Beautiful large room with a bath! Breakfast was good enough with varied options. Small improvements to make for a better pleasant stay. 1. Encourage all customers not to smoke in communal areas. Especially at breakfast in corridors. My room began to smell of smoke! 2. Cleanliness of the leisure facilities. Checking the showers are working for the swimming. 3. Encourage all customers not to spit in the swimming areas. Besides all of this nice enough stay with comfortable room for the weekend.

I had a pleasant stay. It was very clean and up to expected Hilton standard. All staff members were very courteous and helpful.

A great stay experience, Hilton Hotel's quality is as always. Clean rooms, delicious and diverse breakfast, and dinner in the executive lounge are also a good choice after a busy day. The hotel butler Huanhuan was very warm and thoughtful in reception, answering many of my questions. He is a very professional hotel butler, and I praise him by name. I will choose to stay at Hilton next time.

The twin room is clean and tidy, and the room attendants are polite and enthusiastic. The afternoon tea and happy hour meals are good and tasty. It is close to the giant panda base. The Maoxuewang and Kung Pao Chicken in Qingya Restaurant are very good, suitable for those who don't eat spicy food.

Booked three twin rooms for two nights, checked in at about 4:40 pm. Requested to stay on the same floor, he said I had to wait half an hour to an hour! Please, I checked in at nearly 5 pm and had to wait half an hour?! Then I asked at the front desk if the twin beds could be put together, but was told no. Because I was traveling with two babies, I asked the front desk if there were cribs, but the front desk said there were not enough cribs. I asked if I could change to a king-size bed room, but the front desk said no. When I got to the room, I found that the hygiene was terrible, so I told the housekeeper, who changed the room and sent fruit. At night, the baby wanted to sleep, so I asked the front desk again if there were cribs, or if I could change to a king-size bed room, but they still said no. Who is actually staying in all the empty rooms listed online?... Hilton in Chengdu is really hard to describe, very annoying. Especially the front desk. Those guys have basically zero sense of service.
