Location & surroundings & lobby: The hotel is in Wenjiang, and the location is a little off, but there is Jiang'an River downstairs, and the surrounding greenery is good. It is quite quiet and suitable for relaxation. The lobby is spacious and bright, which is the level of a five-star hotel. Room: The front desk upgraded the suite. The room facilities are good and the area is quite large. The large bathtub, two sinks, and independent cloakroom can meet the needs of a family; the large floor-to-ceiling glass windows can provide a great view. The hygiene is also in place, and no obvious cleaning is found. Service: The service staff at the front desk and the executive lounge are very good and enthusiastic. After checking in, they also sent greeting text messages, which is a good comment. However, the floor cleaning is relatively indifferent and will not take the initiative to say hello. Gym & Executive Lounge: The gym has both aerobic and strength equipment, towels and mineral water are fully prepared, and the aerobic equipment is also equipped with a small TV. The view outside the window is also great. But the machines are all in English. Although the instructions for use are written for each machine, it is still a bit uncomfortable. The executive lounge is quite spacious and not crowded, but there are few varieties of afternoon tea. Disadvantages: 1. Breakfast: Breakfast is just average. It is understandable that there are many people during the May Day holiday, but as a hotel, there should be emergency preparations. Many of the breakfasts, which were not many in variety, were out of stock, and the replenishment was not timely, and even hot milk could not be served. 2. The waiters on some floors looked at you coldly and would not greet you when you walked by. 3. There were stains on the sofa in the room. 4. During the stay, the auntie did not clean the room properly and the supplements were not replenished properly. 5. It would be better if the equipment in the gym could provide more detailed instructions for use.
