This stay experience is absolutely excellent! The hotel enjoys a prime location. It's surrounded by a bustling area, making it extremely convenient to get around. The rooms are spacious and bright. The staff members are enthusiastic and attentive. What's more, the hotel even offers a complimentary delicate afternoon tea with a wide variety of delicious pastries. There is also a free laundry service, which solves the big problem of washing and changing clothes during the trip. Whether you're on a business trip or a vacation, this hotel is a fantastic choice!

Kudos to all the staffs of this hotel coz they are all really very helpful with a great service attitude. They tried their best to accommodate to all our needs. The hotel has great location very near to Tonghuimen metro station. Make sure you get out through Tonghuimen metro station exit C. Room is clean and comfortable.

All I can say is this is one of the most friendly hotel for foreigners. Ms. Fengling is an active receptionist, warm welcome, and helpful. She gives me many useful information about travel in Chengdu. In the price we pay, I get breakfast, comfort bed, clean room, mineral water and bath! The hotel location is near subway and walkable to some attentions. Local restaurants, fruits market, supermarket are around the corner. Street is not noisy but feel safe even walk at night. I have a very good time at the hotel. Strongly recommend! Thank you Ms. Fengling!

Really nice hotel near excellent amenities. Can walk to both 宽窄巷子 and 人民公园. Service communication via WeChat is good. Bed quality can be improved. Walking with luggage between the metro station and hotel can be difficult due to roadworks and other construction. Suggest using DiDi to and fro airport or high speed rail station.

As usual good clean hotel room with nice decor to rest after a long day. I stayed once in an Orange hotel in Guangzhou , and this one in Chengdu did not disappoint . Cleanliness and decor was top notch . I also like the fact they used cute robots to deliver our delivery food promptly . However, I feel for this Chengdu branch, the front desk staff seems a bit overwhelmed by guests and could do better. My check-in took longer than expected. I also noticed that my wife and mine passport photocopies were left by the front desk counter , which should be kept securely sooner. A group of men were also smoking in the hotel lobby openly even though the nonsmoking signs were there. (I felt the staff should have advised them to smoke outside and enforce the rules as I am concerned for my pregnant wife) That aside, i recommend this hotel .

The location is exactly as stated (about 650m to the nearest station or around 15 minutes walk) it is like 1.5km to the city center, although we prefer to use bus/train to go everywhere... The room is very nice and wide, and all things work properly except for the windows... Some couldn't be fully closed, to the point that even though we maximised the heater, it still wasn't that warm because of the opened window. They tried to repair it but at night it opened again... So the cold from outside could creep in. Other than that, I recommended this hotel to everyone going to Chengdu with the price quality ratio really good 👍

It was a delightful stay staying at a hotel steeped in culture and history. It has a tranquil ambience ,just steps from the busy pedestrian street and tourists,like us, visiting Wenshu Monastary . We spent each night of our stay for 3days with a terrace at the main building sampling tea, munching on local snacks with local beer and visiting their accompanying bar,Lanyard, for whisky and sundowner cocktails. We even tried our hand at calligraphy and it was a hoot! The metro,exit K, isn't far and connects to Line 1 conveniently. The staff has been friendly, kudos to XiaoLi and Xiao Cong, so the hotel comes highly recommended. Take loads of peektures in a culturally-rich hotel

Nice traditional design hotel nearby city center. The room is big and clean, provides daily cleaning services and the staff are very friendly and helpful

This hotel is excellent value in the heart of the city center. Has a proper gym with serious equipment, much better than most hotel gyms. Didn't try the tea house or Chinese restaurant but both very appealing. Pool is in the basement, good to have this but not the most comfortable environment especially in summer. They should try a bit harder to enforce smoking areas and keep the gym area more clean/tidy. Overall still great value although a step below the newer 5 star hotels in the area.

This was my first stay at the hotel, and I was truly impressed. The service was excellent — the staff were very kind and attentive. The room was clean, tidy, and had no unpleasant odors, which made it very comfortable. The hotel thoughtfully arranged a birthday setup with decorations and a cake, which gave my friend a lovely surprise and made the moment warm and memorable. Whenever we had any questions or requests, the staff were always willing to help. During my second stay, they even provided eye care products and fresh fruit, which made me feel genuinely cared for. They also offered complimentary transport to nearby attractions, which was a great bonus. Overall, both stays were warm, thoughtful, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and personalized experience.
