"Good accommodation, good atmosphere, the entrance to the accommodation is a bit confusing if you don't notice the sign carefully because you came by Google.
The breakfast is delicious, although not very diverse. Overall, it's worth the price, so I forgot about the service from the front desk.
# Stayed in November, but just reviewed because I want the service to be improved. #
It was our fault for arriving late because we were not familiar with the route and had to leave time to charge the car (EV). We called the accommodation to inform them that we would arrive late around midnight, but when we arrived, there was no one waiting to check in even though they had given us a phone number to contact the accommodation.
But no one answered the phone. In the end, we had to sleep in the car in front of the resort until 5 am, so a staff member came to call us to the accommodation.
The point is, if we hadn't informed them in advance, it would have been our 100% fault, but we had already informed them. The staff member said that they didn't bring their phone into the bedroom, so they didn't hear the sound, which made us feel a bit disappointed with the service (actually, we were too exhausted to be angry).
We traveled a long way across the mountain, thinking that we would be able to sleep comfortably so that we could go to work the next day. It turned out that we were exhausted and couldn't go to work as planned. If this were improved, it would be one of the perfect accommodations in Nan Province."
