The hotel was such a great find! The location is excellent, close to everything but still peaceful. My room was beautiful and bigger than expected, and the pool was very crystal clear and absolutely stunning. The gentleman on reception was friendly and welcoming: even recommended lots of great places to visit during our trip. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was super comfortable, clean, and quiet at night. I had a balcony, which was nice for relaxing in the evenings. The location is so convenient, close to restaurants, cafes, night markets, massage places, and even a convenience store. The free bike rentals were great and made exploring the area really easy. The pool is big, and while I didn’t swim, I enjoyed relaxing on a sunbed by the pool

The hotel is super nicely decorated and really quiet, which is great because it’s right in the center but on a street that’s not too busy. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The room was big, and the sofa was super comfy and came in handy. The water pressure in the shower was really strong, which is hard to find in the old city. The whole place, inside and out, was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The pool was always clean and nice to relax by. Honestly, everything was perfect. We had a superb experience staying at Cozytel Chiangmai! The room was impressively large, providing plenty of space to relax. One of the highlights was the consistent water temperature in the shower, which made for a pleasant and comfortable experience every day. The front desk receptionist was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. With such a wonderful experience, we will definitely book again when we return to Chiangmai!

The room wasn’t the best cleaned. The shower had a left over razor, and dirty thick dirt at the bottom of the tiles.

Good location, near to Sunday night market and Chiang Mai gate. The hotel staffs are very friendly, we accidently flush the toilet paper, and cause the toilet stuck. The staff was respond quickly and solve the issue. Will come back again when we visit Chiang Mai.

Although the hotel is right next to the road, it is still quite quiet. The attitudes of the front desk and room attendants are very friendly and polite. The swimming pool is a little small. It is okay to soak in it, but you can't swim in it.

My favorite place is the balcony, which faces the swimming pool. It is really enjoyable to sit there and relax. The location of the hotel is very good. The air conditioning is also very powerful, cool, stable and quiet, and I slept very comfortably at night.

The experience of staying at Cozytel was great! The room was super comfortable and clean, with everything, and I felt at ease. I chose a room with a balcony facing the swimming pool, and it was really nice to sit on the balcony and relax. The air conditioner was cool and quiet, and the wind direction could be adjusted so that it would not blow directly onto the bed, which made sleeping very comfortable. The staff were very warm and considerate, and always gave great recommendations. The location of the hotel is also great, close to massage shops, night markets, and cafes, so it's convenient to go anywhere. And there are free bicycles, which makes travel more convenient! The swimming pool is super clean and beautiful. It's really nice to go back to the hotel to soak after being tired from going out during the day. The laundry service is also fast and affordable, which is really convenient. I really like it here! I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Chiang Mai!

The location is excellent, quiet in the bustling city, and you can easily reach any scenic spot in the ancient city on foot. It is very clean, quiet and safe. The only drawback is that it is small, but I spent very little time in the hotel, just to sleep. It is very cost-effective.
