Great location...close to everything downtown. Bar was packed and you need a reservation to get a seat. Check in was quick and easy and staff were friendly. Hotel is associated with Best Western but you have to book through their website in order to receive points for the stay.

Check in was super quick and hassle-free. Upon check out they refunded my deposit on my credit card within 30 minutes. The hotel has a nice cool vibe. Cool music playing. The room is clean, comfy bed. Room amenities was average. Hair dryer lacked power. But we truly enjoyed having Alexa in the room :D Many plug points in the room which made it convenient. Location of the hotel was pretty good too. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Supermarket across the road. The Front Desk have good recommendations for where to eat.

Very big and quiet room. Comfortable beds. With microwave and two small fridges. Lights are very dim but that is the style throughout the whole hotel.

I don't typically like to declare that I'd book this place again but in this case I will. Great location literally around the block from the subway and bus lines. And should I mention the bed? Heavenly! Great use of space and nice touches all the way around. Staff are friendly and responsive. Not a bad view either. I'm glad I didn't rush out of the city and actually spent another night.

The room is large and fully equipped. The location is good and the transportation is convenient. There is a subway station a few steps downstairs, a supermarket opposite, and Chicago's famous deep dish pizza next door. Although it is in the city center, it is still very quiet.

This is a cool, rock-style hotel with a particular focus on design. What made me happiest was that there was an ice-cold refrigerator. There were no signs like the usual ones in hotels, such as "please clean" or "do not disturb," and I enjoyed the system of writing your own notes in chalk on the blackboard on the door. When there is an event at the hotel next door, you can hear them making noise until late at night. At midnight, the entrance door is locked and you can't get in unless you ring the doorbell to call a staff member, but it was a little worrying when they didn't come. Also, you can use the elevator without holding up your room key, and there is often no one at the front desk, so you may need to be cautious about security to a certain extent.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center, and you can walk everywhere. Next door is the old shop UNO, which seems to be the birthplace of deep bowl pizza. The room is not small. The twin room has a refrigerator and microwave to heat up your own food, but it also has the common problem of insufficient lighting in high-rise hotels in the center of big cities in the United States. The guy at the front desk at night was a bit rude, but the girl who checked out the next day was very nice.
