一家三口訂的一個套房，房間比較寬敞，客廳的沙發床打開後也是此行比較不錯的沙發床了。房間裝修和設施都比較新。酒店地段也是很方便的，步行可到Michigan Ave.，Chicago River，Trump hotel，樓下有個超市，竟然快離店時才發現。出門步行可到不同的餐廳，包括中餐廳名軒、牛角日本烤肉等。性價比還是不錯的。不足：服務一般吧，想要個毯子好久不送，打了兩次電話才送過來。晚上稍晚一點服務電話就打不通了。另一個提醒是停車。自駕車的客人每晚停車費62刀，相當心疼啊，不過芝加哥都這樣。另外我們訂的房間不含早餐。一樓有一個餐廳，可以另外付費去用餐，一樓也有星巴克。房間裏有微波爐但沒有餐具。

It was our first time here and it won’t be the last! My husband’s birthday weekend was amazing! We had everything we needed on the premises so we never left the hotel! Our room was extremely modern and spacious. Property is inviting and clean, staff was also very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant and bar are great perks as well with excellent service! Let’s not forget the mini Starbucks on site!

We had a great stay, staff was friendly we were in 26th floor and elevators were really fast. Our suite was great and comfortable. I didn’t use the restaurant/bar thought because there were other options nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, looks just like the pictures. King bed room was spacious with a beautiful view (23rd floor).

Great location relative to downtown. Also a number of bus stops close by. About a ten minute walk from the red line subway.
The staff were friendly and helpful. You apparently had to book turn down service, which was a little strange. But housekeeping did still knock on your door.
The studio with king bed was great. Comfy bed and large tv. The only criticism I have is there was no complementary dressing gowns or slippers. Also, the air con in the room was insanely loud, but thankfully only had to use it once.
