Environment: Absolutely stunning! You get direct river views! It feels very safe here, and right downstairs is the city center. Service: The hotel doesn't provide water! The small shop downstairs sells water at a high price, so I recommend buying it from a larger store. Hygiene: The bedding is great! Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided, just remember to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush!

The room was not cleaned on the first day, nor on the second day. The front desk asked and was told that there was a shortage of staff. After strong requests, they finally cleaned the room on the third day. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, and the refrigerator was also very noisy.

This hotel certainly shows its age, with décor that harks back to the styles of the 1960s or 70s—a true blast from the past. For travelers who value ambiance and modern aesthetics, this might not be the ideal pick. On the plus side, you do get two complimentary bottles of water. However, the room I stayed in was quite noisy—situated right next to the subway, and the air conditioner roared like an engine.

Great location in the heart of Chicago, a fewinutes walk away from the loop. Clean spacious rooms with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

I was there because of the Chicago marathon. I stayed in the hotel for totally 3 nights and the experience was alright. It is easy to access to public transport but still if you look for a hotel with better neighborhood, it is recommended to stay near the Magnificent Mile area.

The facilities are old. The room is very small. The window cannot be opened. The window air conditioner is very noisy. The hygiene is average. The bathroom is also small. The location is OK. The service is very good. There are a lot of people coming and going. The elevator is crowded.

There was a fee of 93$ plus insurance or something I don't know, another 100$. The employee said it would be refunded. 100$ given on check out day Asked for a receipt and was told to give a check-out date. On the check-out day, they said they would transfer 100$ to the card we used to swipe, which is SCB's planet card. It would take another month for the money to be credited to the card. Feeling worried about whether the money will really come in?

There is a refrigerator, microwave, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. The shower head is fixed to the wall. The location was good. I recommend it.

The location is very good, right by the river, and you can take a boat tour across the street. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main attractions. It is safer to live in this place in Chicago, and I don't dare to live in other places
