I arrived late at night in Chihuahua by Chihuahua Highland Railway and was scheduled to go to the United States by plane at 6 o'clock the next morning, so I chose ”cheap and clean hotel”, but I think it was the correct answer in that sense. If you are planning to go sightseeing in Chihuahua, I think there is another option. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor (open 24 hours a day), where I ate chicken fahetta and cola. There is a convenience store (OXXO) at a distance that can be said to be on the same site, which is very convenient. The room was simple and clean, although there was no Mexican atmosphere at all.

Modern, clean, attractive, comfortable. Helpful staff. I chose it because it's close to the Chihuahua bus station. I was there during the COVID-19 pandemic. Two things; they drained the pool. The breakfasts were prepackaged, with disposable plates and utensils. The servers were wearing masks.

Rooms are really really small, electronic card was not working properly, water from shower gets all over the place, shower is really really slippery, your not allowed to introduce any kinda drinks (we were not allowed to introduce a bottle of wine) parking lot is literally on the mall parking, security member try to avoid as much as possible guest have intimacy (or being loud I guess), got a 25ish 5,5 110lbs kid kinda security staff knocking at my door at 3:30am saying that he was “just checking” cause he taught he has a free floor (We weren’t being that loud) it feelt like a christian’s camp! 😒 My friend on the 5th floor (yeah even with previous reservation we te different floors) receive the same visit from this so-called security guard If you’re coming to chihuahua to relax as a couple this is NOT the hotel you want to stay.

Nice big and clean rooms and soft beds. Nice and quiet during the week but on friday there was a party in their event room on the ground floor. We stayed on the third floor and we were not able to sleep because of the music. It did not stop until 2 am at night. The next morning someone locked themselves into our room at 8 am, I assume it must have been housekeeping, but it was really inappropriate to wake us up and lock themselves into our room that early in the morning, especially considering that we were checking out later that same day...
