首先凱萊酒店的位置很有仙氣，面對大佛離景區很近不行即可，家裡有長者的很方便，景色宜人，酒店的建築也是蓮花型很美觀

十多年前到現在多次入住，服務一直不好不壞，房間保養的不錯，早餐越來越差，洗漱用品越來越差，游泳池和健身房不知道為啥那麼多年一直不開

連着住了幾年了，在山腳下，酒店正對着地藏菩薩金像，酒店停車也很方便，離上山的入口很近，前台小姐姐們態度也都很好，重點要表揚下小朱小吳小錢小汪，幫我升級房間，還熱情帶我們到電梯，對我提出的問題不厭其煩的解答，每次進出都對着我們微笑，讓人很舒服，臨回去的早上上山燒香的，被雨淋濕了，回到房間的時候快12:00了，想洗個澡再退房，小姐姐很爽氣的幫我延遲到兩點退房，下次來九華山還會選擇凱萊

酒店位置很不錯，勝景家庭房，面積足夠大，站在陽台即可欣賞遠處前景和大銅像，傍晚還看到月亮從山後慢慢升起，前台接待程熒、吳麗琴熱情周到，入住體驗感很棒

七月是地藏月，第三次來九華山拜佛祈福，最喜歡入住的酒店，前台服務吳麗琴、朱敏二位服務員看我是老客户了，免費給我升級了房間，房間寬敞明亮舒適，服務貼心這次又送了糕點點心，上幾次是歡迎水果，都很喜歡，非常感謝🙏

前後來過九華山四次，一直住在凱萊酒店，每一次都有回家的感覺，絕佳的地理位置，直麪地藏王菩薩塑像，步行到大願文化園衹需要十分鐘，温馨的客房，周到的服務，特別表揚一下吳夢平和胡莉萍兩位小姐姐，服務耐心細緻！
