Conocimos el hotel en sus inicios y por eso decidimos regresar. Sin embargo, actualmente lo vimos un poco descuidado. Las toallas están muy percudidas y no fueron cambiadas después del aseo, el baño tiene problemas con el desagüe y se tapa, el agua caliente hay que avisar a recepción porque tarda mucho en llegar... El cuarto en general es cómodo, tranquilo y se duerme muy bien, la cama es muy cómoda. En general diría que es aceptable para hosped****. Ojalá mejoren!!

Las habitaciones son cómodas, agradables y bien cuidadas, la propiedad es muy pequeña, sin servicios adicionales al hospedaje y en una zona apartada de la ciudad. Fue complicado que respetaran mi reserva.

Je suis resté une seule nuit pour un excursion de deux jours à Puebla. La décoration inspirée et le personnel souriant pour ce niveau de prix ne compensent pas des lacunes impardonnables: - Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche - Internet et TV ne fonctionnent pas dans la chambre La situation sur la route bruyante ne gênent pas pour une seule nuit.
