酒店位置好，離室內，機場，火車站都近，地鐵站也近，特別方便。前台服務員很熱情，還免費升級房型。大廳每次都幫着拿行李，客房服務很到位，有求必應，態度特別好，特別舒服的一次體驗。

設施：還可以。
衞生：乾淨衞生。
環境：緊挨公園，附近有非常多的吃的：麪條，炒菜，火鍋。
早餐也蠻豐富，新鮮。
還有贈送飲料。

前台太沒人性化了，半夜點外賣不讓送上來，我都説了不方便下去拿，前台工作人員態度很強烈就是要我自己下去拿，我都受傷了走路一瘸一拐的，都不願意讓外賣人員給我送上來

早餐過於簡單，完全沒有五星的品質。
續住的第二天，保潔下午四點都還沒有衞生，電話催促才來。清潔還沒有補充所有的衞生用具，健身房和游泳池居然衹有下午6點到9點開放，節省成本已經做到極致了，為何不直接取消這個？
這一次已經把原本的好感消耗殆盡了。

房間有點舊了，中規中矩沒啥特色，酒店游泳池衹有晚上才開，不合理，前台衹有一個人，小妹像是新來的，問問題支支吾吾的也答不上來，有待提升

服務差勁，當天酒店房價比預訂價低了一百也不提醒或者退差價，坑一個算一個唄，就這種服務和格局的酒店，給人留下的服務印象非常糟糕。衞浴水管開關沖水開關都跟糊了泥一樣費勁，六百多是這個酒店真坑。服務差勁。
