The only positive I can give it was its location. It’s right in the middle of the shopping area of Guanyinqiao. The front desk service was one of the worst I have experienced in China. There was a language barrier between me and the front desk worker so I tried using a translator and showing my online reservation. The front desk worker refused to look at my phone saying 看不懂 and asking me to leave. I waited until a different worker came that was more willing to try to communicate with me. Also the room had many spider webs and I saw a cockroach in the hallway

不要住！千萬不要住！床單有血，臟亂差來形容！全程穿衣服睡的，而且空間小得可憐，與圖片根本不符合！晚上有外地遊客來了想退房，根本不給退！就是一個霸道！

沒房間就不要掛出來了，到了給我説還要加20塊錢，是真沒房間還是想臨時加價，不是20塊錢給不起，是我給的很不情願，本來就是凌晨一兩點了，誰還願意跑嘛。服務態度也很撇，躺在沙發上睡覺喊了兩回才來給我開房間。

房間老，舊，裏面還有飛蠅，是我住過最差的酒店，唯一一點就是交通方便，位於觀音橋中心地段，反正我一晚上沒怎麼睡，早知道是這樣的環境，我肯定要換，到酒店已經10點了，第二天一早就要走，當時想着是將就幾個小時算了，算是最差的一次體驗。

先説房間吧。剛進酒店一股臭味就薰死我。酒店也沒提供礦泉水，要買，2塊一瓶。房間也舊，你們看我的視頻也能看見吧。
第二是關於存行李，他們不會讓你們在這裏存行李啊，別看上面寫着可以存，都是騙人的。幸虧攜程的客服挺好，他們幫我商量一下，所以我可以存，但是下次不確定哦。他們有的服務員説，這裏很小放不了我們的行李箱（當時衹有我們的行李），有的服務員説要收費，第一次遇到這麼離譜的酒店。
第三服務態度，説實話真不咋樣。
