前台態度非常差，你們晚上不接客人就營業到12點就下班啊，非要搞個24小時的，一開始找不到前台打電話問他，態度非常不好還沒聽清楚就給掛了，留下我們面面相覷，完了突然用力吧哪個前台門打開宣洩我們晚上來吵到她睡覺了的不滿，我們一進去就説了**還要問我們是哪個平台的而且態度非常不好，辦理入住的時候我男朋友沒帶身份證，問她那該怎麼辦誒，她也不告訴我們該在怎麼辦，還是我們自己找到付款寶裏面身份證給她看她才給辦的入住，辦理完入住過後也不跟我們説是往那邊走，我們這邊走了往那邊走，完了還使勁吧哪個前台門一摔搞得像我們欠她的一樣，然後明明是2點退房她跟我們説中午12點退房，這是我們在續住的一天反正體驗感非常不好

訂的雙床房，很早就定了，去了前台説沒有雙床房了，衹有大床房，（我有點生氣，訂的房間為什麼沒有預留？？？私以為我生氣一下無可厚非吧）前台給我説換成同價格的大床房，我説不用換了補差價就行，然後就擺臉色（雙手一攤，往後一坐，跟我説“説吧你要多少錢”）。**，這難道不是我的正當權益？？？後來又説要給我們再開一間大床房，我説可以，剛剛説好又説不行，又説要補差價，我也接受了，然後拿着一沓五塊錢的現金，我説可以用微信轉賬嗎，她不樂意，然後把錢往桌子上一甩，我問她這是什麼態度，一番爭論後還跟我説“我就是這種臉色”，我也是大開眼界。。。。。。。而且！從頭到尾一句道歉都沒有，明明是自己工作的問題，態度還這樣啊啊啊啊啊啊，二十多年沒有跟人這麼吵過架，氣的我血壓180！希望以後住酒店再也不要遇到這麼離譜的前台！怎麼沒有0分的選項！

過來考試訂的房，離考點重慶科技職業技術學院後門特別近，走路10幾分鐘就能到，但走到北門還挺遠的，酒店房間停寬闊，這個價位住這種房間挺好。關鍵電視還有視頻會員，晚上還能看看vip電影
