1、30多度的天氣，大廳不開空調，熱也就算了，很多客人等着辦入住，前台衹留一個小夥子忙的滿頭大汗，其他人在隔壁房間開着門熱熱鬧鬧的吃火鍋，整個大廳充滿着濃濃的火鍋味熱浪。
2、房間內沒有拖鞋，打個電話能解決，但是也體現了服務員工作不到位，另外，洗手間門口還有一堆煙灰是什麼情況？衹能自己擦了。房間內煙味也很濃，顯然沒有做過除煙處理。
3、窗外要不就是一米外是一堵牆，要不就是這種洞洞鋼板網，上午十點了，房間內不開燈的話還很暗，並且外面靠着馬路，有司機清早就狂按喇叭，很吵。
總結：不適合帶孩子，因為煙味很重。有停車場，免費停車，但是導航去的停車場進不去，衹有打電話詢問才知道改到另一個入口，（不止我一個遇到這問題），酒店應該在頁面上標註一下。早餐一般般，能吃飽，僅此而已。住過很多城市的維也納酒店，環境和服務都很好，這是唯一一家差的❌，再去滁州不會考慮這一家。

定了十天左右！帶孩子出來我喜歡選擇寬敞舒適的！商務房型特別適合一家三口 ！地下停車場也避免了車子被暴曬！非常滿意的一次住行！但是因為這個是在三樓，10:00之前會有超市的一些噪音哦。如果喜歡早睡的，就讓服務員給安排其他房型。

酒店位於滁州城南，距高鐵站比較近，有停車場，交通便利。夜晚安靜，房間隔音效果好，酒店比較新，但沒怪味，設施齊全，蠻舒適的。餐廳乾淨衞生，早餐豐富。

房間整體空間很大，布草乾濕分離做的也很好，服務也非常的熱情，麻將機沒調好，打個電話前台小哥哥很快就來了，也很有耐心的為我們講解，晚上餓了樓下也有小也是晚上非常有小吃街的感覺，附近的交通也非常的方便，晚上房間沒有飲用礦泉水，工作人員也很快給我送到水源，工作效率非常快，下次還會選擇入住這家酒店。
