"Clean and spacious room.
Was the to attend a convention. Hotel was right in the Convention Centre.
Lots or restaurant along the riverside. Duty free outlet just across the road.
Very convenient location.
Enjoyed my stay."
"Before returning back home, we spent another 3N here and was upgraded to Yarra River view. Requested for them to change the bedsheet as we felt it was a little dusty. They changed it but the housekeeping forgotten to provide us with a bathroom mat and also left our used spoon on the sink. Overall a pleasant stay but I don’t really have that five star hotel feel in terms of the room comfort level and service quality."
"The one-bedroom apartment I originally booked was upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment (actually a two-bedroom and one-studio) without any notice. The original one-bedroom was very cheap. The kitchen is a rare gas stove in an Australian hotel apartment, which is convenient for cooking. The swimming pool is small, but there is a 25 meter walkway, and there is a spa, sauna, and the night view of the Yarra River is also beautiful, which is really good value. The traffic is normal. It is close to the Southern Cross Station, but it is far from Federation Square, which means that it is not close to Chinatown and the main shopping area. It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . ."

"Check-in on the first floor, after entering the room, the room is strange, I don’t want to sit low and change the room immediately, it’s not wrong, change the 11th floor, the view feels comfortable, the kitchen utensils are relatively old, the decoration is generally the same, the scenery is good~"
"To be allocated on ground floor is something you do not expect when you make reservation as such a high standard hotel. Even worse not to find a bottle of free mineral water."
"My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stayed in Oakwood Premier Hotel. The receptionist guy on Friday Morning, 10th Jan, was super nice, friendly and kind. He changed our room facing the city view. We went straight to the hotel after we arrive in Melbourne to put our luggage in their luggage storage because the check in start at 3pm. However, our room were already ready, so we managed to get some sleep and rest. The bed is so comfortable and we got a amazing view! So I really enjoyed our stay there for the whole time! What a great first travel experience in Melbourne! Surely, we will be back!"

"Was a lovely stay which felt like home! Everything was clean and efficient. Arrived early by noon and was granted check in with a warm welcome of chocolates and a personal note! Enjoyed a high floor on level 18 and late check out till 1pm as Elite Silver member. Would love to return here again next visit as there are tram stops, 3 supermarkets and South Melbourne Market all within walking distance.
Love the friendly service from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping staff! Everything feels so new and fresh in the hotel, well maintained and being new. Easy to call an Uber as well just a short ride to city."
"i stayed for 4 nights, the room is spacious, the view is so so, seeing the car park and building at the back, no yarra river view. the location is good, next to the ******, and lots of restaurants around, tram station nearby, but some of them were blocked due to F1, but everything are walkable. have visited the gym, staff is very nice, but don’t have time, so didn’t use much.
clean up service is so so, the 2nd day did t clean up, i have to call to clean up for us. and the light outside the room was off, i thought its mean to be, but after 3 days, i think it’s something wrong, so i told the front seat to fix.
they can do better for the 5 star hotel."
"The staff were very accommodating and service was great considering we had arrived in Melbourne just before 12am with a last minute booking due to our other booking cancelling on us. The room was great. Quite big. There was many utensils and everything we needed in the room.
The only downside I would say is the glass doors for the main room. We were travelling with our 10 year old son and couldn't get changed in privacy due to there being no blinds on them. And also it was quite loud on the Friday or Saturday night due to it being on Flinders and Spencer Street, and the balcony didn't get much use due to the same reason."
