"The pools were absolutely lovely and so warm. This is the end of the good review. The room was tiny with a highly obstructed view. It is the first time in a hotel when there were no soaps nor shampoos. But there was one body lotion so we knew that the cleaning process was incomplete. Staff were so rude and unhelpful. We asked for the plug in phone charger in the room to be swapped out for one that worked. It never came. When we called again for it the next am they couldn’t give us a new one to use. We lost an item when checking in and when asking for it, the lost and found was supposedly cataloguing lost items and was closed. We tried calling 3 times over 10 hour and no answer. We then talked to staff at the front and no one could properly help us. They couldn’t contact house keeping neither. Also not polite!! We were told the poolside restaurant was open until 9:45 pm however they closed before 9. This staff was polite."
"I was very satisfied with the hotel. The room was very new and the front desk was quite nice. But when I checked out, I found out that the hotel didn't even check my reservation! They didn't even ask me on the first and second nights, and didn't even confirm whether I had prepaid reservations. They just charged my credit card for the room fee? The key point is that I didn't know at all! I thought it was a pre-authorization, so I handed over my credit card stupidly. Didn't they even need to sign the bill when swiping my card? Didn't they even confirm the amount with me when swiping my card? Can I only blame myself? I can only say that the service in North America is really bad! The service is so bad and they are basically too sensitive to be criticized and should be respected."

"Hotel location is very good, parking is convenient, there is no breakfast, but there are many eating shops outside the door. The town is small and convenient to travel, suitable for traveling by car. I was going to stay a few days longer, but Heavenly Father didn't make beauty, so I had to come again next time!"
"Very good 👍🏻
Very clean and tidy, the room is big enough, there is a private parking lot, the location is very good, see the lake, the scenery is good.
There are many restaurants nearby and there are public baths."
"Need to line up for checking in- But good thing the female receptionist is fast. I wasn’t able to find the gym. Reception is not answering calls. They don’t offer breakfast. No face tissue inside the room. No dringking water. Don’t expect too much. Otherwise, not bad as we are just there for a night."

Great
GGuest UserOverall a great place considering the location and amenities offered. Breakfast was great with all basic were covered. Swimming pool and hot tub was my daughter’s favourite of the stay.
It would be better to include few water bottles / toothpaste as part of the package.
BBrettMy stay at Holiday Inn Chilliwack was a positive experience overall. The room was well-kept, tidy, and provided a comfortable space to unwind. The bed was soft and inviting, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained, making for a restful night’s sleep.
The included breakfast was sufficient, offering a variety of options to start the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it had enough choices to satisfy most travelers.
Overall, Holiday Inn Chilliwack is a solid choice for those looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. It offers good value, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.
GGuest UserThe environment is good, the hotel facilities are relatively new, but the breakfast included is relatively simple, not even the bacon. Because I needed to wash clothes and went to the laundry room, the machine was older, 2.5 knife once, do not find zero
SSHUOOverall not good to come to Vancouver on the first day did not choose to live in the city from the airport to drive from the airport probably takes more than an hour. The hotel is very clean next to the Wal-Mart and the shopping center is very convenient. Although there is no breakfast, the hotel can connect to a restaurant at a very affordable price. 15 knives a lot of people

GGuest UserWe got what we paid for though a bit high than expected with the very simple service & facilities. However, the breakfast was quite good, even got hot waffles.
SsimonI made 3 mistakes that cost me that night:
#1. Chosen the wrong apps.
#2. Assuming that when I used the same apps to book previous trips, that it would stay in same currency(Canadian) on booking by a Canadian in Canada for a Canadian hotel, but it was in US dollars, this time.
#3. I needed to use my earned trip Coins
to cover the costs including the security deposit, then I was not able to cancel ( even 10 minutes after booking )
As a results Trips.com advised me that I have to accept the booking, 3 hours later.
I had to abandon the booking and my 326 dollars because I can not cover the security deposit. I did learned a lesson.
thank you
AAnonymous UserThere is no luggage storage service even if it shows it has in Trip, so if you want to store luggage you might need to find another place. Other than that is fine, the room is a bit hot and fan didn’t perform good

GGuest UserI'm from Bowen Island & came here for Christmas & to see family. Any future reservations for Abbotsford, I will definitely be bringing my business here. They were there to accommodate me, when family came, they were fine with my guests and didn't say anything about it. That was VERY important.
