"The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, very close to the high-speed rail station. And quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a big garden. After the check-in, the service was very good, brought to the room, sent a plate of fruit, lived in so many hotels across the country, sent fruit to his house, I felt very intimate! Service: The service is meticulous. When we arrived at the hotel late at night, there was a dedicated person in the parking lot to guide us to which building we should go to. There was someone at the front desk to help me with the registration. They also helped me take care of my children. They spoke softly and smiled, and were very kind. When we got to the room, we were greeted with fruits and When you arrive at the restaurant for snacks and breakfast, everyone is very enthusiastic and will guide you. Noodles and coffee will be delivered to your table if you want to talk. There were children, and they were always with them, and they also gave them puzzles, and they gave us glasses wipes when they saw they were wearing glasses. No one in the restaurant was idle, and they were actively taking care of everyone. After we left, the bellman helped us bring our luggage to the parking lot. field! I really want to give every waiter ten stars!
Facilities: The room is large and the bed is very comfortable! Pajamas, toiletries and children's slippers!
Environment: Built near the lake, the scenery is super beautiful and very quiet!

The rooms are spacious and bright, soundproofed, comfortable bedding, clean and hygienic. The reception at the front desk was very warm and patient, and the breakfast variety was very distinctive. The location is also very convenient, to Xubo, Hubu Mountain, the horse platform are all a few minutes walk.

I have stayed in this hotel few times a year and qnd wonder when the coffeer shop will be open for lunch and for diner. so far they open only open for breakfast (western and Chinese).Besides the Chinese restaurant second floor that is always empty, no decent restaurant close to the hotel, therefore bring your instant noodled with you.
Room service is available though, but do not be in a hurry, choice is not wide, and, your meal may take over an hour to come.....
This explain most likely why the hotel always rooms available.

IIHBWSTAYED 1 NIGHT TO CATCH NEXT DAY MORNING TRAIN TO SHANGHAI. HAVE A HARD TIME LOCATING THE RECEPTION AREA. ONLY TO BE FOUND LOCATED AT LEVEL-1 INSTEAD OF LEVEL-3. ENCOUNTED NO SERVICE EXPERIENCE SO NO COMMENT. HOTEL LOCATED INSIDE THE WORN OUT BUILDING SURROUNDING. ROOMS WERE BIG AND VERY CLEAN. BUT I DON'T SAFE STAYING IN WITH A WORN OUT BUILDING SURROUNDING. LUCKY MY ROOM I BOOKED WAS LOCATED NEXT TO THE SECURITY POST.

The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation is very good, allowing people to sleep peacefully. The staff was warm and attentive. They took the initiative to help with luggage and recommend nearby delicacies, both Chinese and Western, which tasted very good. Will choose here next time!

OOtautahianThis hotel is just 8 minutes north of Xuzhou East Station, so it is far from the city center, but convenient if you are not staying long. My room was large and bright, and there are several convenience stores and restaurants downstairs.
There are actually several hotels in this building, and this hotel is on the 15th floor.
The staff were lovely - one of my wet plastic bags left a stain on the bathroom counter, and when I couldn't remove it by myself I informed reception and asked to use their cleaning products. The woman just smiled and told me not to worry 😊
