The hotel staff are excellent. I have to mention Mahmoud Saied In the lobby bar, Ahmed the concierge Mohamed at the relax pool and Ramadan my room Stewart. Mr Mahmoud the General Manager greets me every day and Anna the Guest Services Manager speaks with guests to see if they have any concerns. The restaurant and Chef's are all very helpful and seem to remember you on a return visit. Bella Vita is the Hotel Beach where Atef is on hand to serve you a refreshing drink. I am sorry if I've not mentioned all the wonderful staff by name who make my return visits enjoyable.

We had the most amazing time at Charmillion club aqua park! All the staff were lovely and welcoming. The food was 10/10 always a great variety, plenty to choose from. The aqua park food was also amazing! The entertainment team were amazing especially Bebo and pablo. We went on a night out with them on first night and they looked after us and made sure we had the best time! Haseem the manager was amazing with getting us a taxi from the hotel to all the places we went to visit making sure we were safe. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful when our towels went missing they helped and sorted out the situation. The cleaner for our room was amazing everyday he made designs out of the towels which looked fantastic. Overall our experience was 100/10 and I would recommend this hotel to anyone, we would defo come here again! Thank you to everyone at Charmillion for our lovely time.

The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully maintained and designed with luxury in mind. The staff deserve special mention for their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine desire to make every guest feel valued. From check-in to departure, their hospitality was flawless. The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options catering to all tastes. Whether dining at the buffet or the à la carte restaurants, the quality and service were consistently top-notch. The facilities are equally impressive, with pristine pools, comfortable lounging areas, and meticulously cared-for grounds. The atmosphere throughout is peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway. We can’t recommend Steigenberger Alacazar highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

What cannot be understood is that when the procedures are complete, we are informed that we cannot check in because the supplier is not Chinese. It's from the UK, let's contact the supplier by ourselves! So we contacted Ctrip. Ctrip was very active in communicating with suppliers. At this time, I heard the man at the front desk shouting: Chinese! Because there are a lot of people in this lobby, but there is no Chinese, so we judged that he must be calling us and then check in for us. At this time, a waiter was expressionless and drove us to our residence with a shuttle bus! Since we only booked a hotel for 1 day, we had to check out at 12 noon the next day, but we were late at 3 o’clock in the evening on the second day, so we asked if we could check out late, and the answer was 70 Euros to stay in the evening.
