"The location of this hotel is super good right at train station & parking is in the same building w reasonable price of $520 yen. The only thing we are really unhappy is about the front desk the lady there are not helpful & sound a bit rude to us. We requesting 2 extra pillow she insist us to go down drink desk to collect it, we said we are tired can they send up, but she just said NO, w a rude voice. For Japanese famous of good service & polite this is very rare to meet but we are unfortunate."
"Very good, the service is particularly good. It is free to provide an umbrella for the rain outside. It is also very warm. The price is fair. The traffic is very convenient. There are many places to eat next to it. It is recommended to come."

"The price is very affordable, there is 1.2 kilometers away from jr Tozaki Station, it is very convenient to walk without luggage, if there is a suitcase, it is recommended to call. There are no restaurants near the hotel. There is a large supermarket 100 meters away. There is a lot of food. There is a sightseeing tower in front of it, 100 meters high, free boarding, and a coffee shop on it."
"It's far from Akata Station, but there are large supermarkets and markets around the hotel, and a convenience store is right next to it.
There are few restaurants nearby. However, there is no place to have a quick meal.
The hotel staff are very friendly.
The hotel is old, so the cleanliness of the facilities and atmosphere are average.
But accommodation is cheap.
There is no separate parking fee and you can use nearby parking lots for free."
"The toilet seat in the room was cold... Summer is good, but winter is hard.
I was disappointed to notice that there was a shampoo and body soap buffet the next morning. I would like to use it if I have the next opportunity!
Breakfast is nice if there are more vegetables. It was a pity that the yogurt was sour and the sauce was not sweet.
The time of the pole seems to be good, and I thought it was the best location."
"The location is a bit far from the station and it takes 20 minutes to walk. The smoking room can be set, the room tastes too big. The hot spring facilities are very good and the staff's service is very warm."
"A small and exquisite Japanese-style hotel with a hot spring on the first floor. It is very convenient to walk everywhere. It is a good place for business travel and private travel. I have stayed here twice and I like it very much👍"
"The hotel facility is relatively good. However, the hotel policy seems to have a big problem.
We checked in the hotel at 7pm, they said our room rate was for check-in between 23:30~05:00 and that check-in other than this period will have a surcharge of
Yen $2000. At normal hotel booking, who would alert the check-in time is at midnight??!! OK, we assume we overlook this strange rule, we paid.
However, two days later we stay at the same brand hotel in Aomori, I clearly requested a non-smoking room at booking (as I did same for all hotels at the trip),
but the receptionist insisted that we didn't. They said they don't have a non-smoking room for us unless we pay Yen $2000 for additional charge. We don't
understand the game! Supposing all non-smoking rooms are at the non-smoking floor; if they have one, they should have given us free. If not, how can they
make one with the additional charge ?"
GGuest UserI booked two nights through Trip.com to see my family. I was very satisfied with the hotel and the excellent service.
The location was convenient for going out, but there was a 7-Eleven on the first floor, so I didn't have to go out in the cold at night and could relax in my room.
The breakfast was amazing, full of Akita flavors. It was also great that I could get takeout coffee. I was able to relax with my coffee until check-out.
There is only one drawback. The nightwear was a bathrobe type rather than pajamas, so it was cold from the knees down. I hope I'll wear pajamas next time I stay here.
RReef HuangIt takes about 10 minutes to walk from Akita Station to the hotel. There is a 7-11 and a restaurant on the first floor, so you don't have to worry about having nothing to eat even if you arrive in Akita very late. Check-in on the second floor is very fast. There is a relaxing indoor fragrance, and the supplies are very conveniently located next to the counter. There is also Nyuto Onsen bathing powder that can be used for bathing in the room. The third floor is a large public bath, which gives another access card. There is a large hot pool, a cold water bath, and a Panorama sauna. It's really awesome! There are two massage chairs outside that you can use after taking a bath. The room is a little small, but it has a double bed, table and chairs, and a bathtub in the bathroom. It is the newest hotel to open, and the price is lower in the off-season, so the CP value is off the charts. I strongly recommend staying here when you come to Akita!
Before leaving, I went for a walk in the nearby Senaki Park. The air was good, the sunshine was bright, and the prices were cheap. I recommend everyone to visit Akita!
NNekosukiThe location is very convenient, right next to JR Akita Station, close to the city’s tourist attractions. It‘s great that the hotel has a gym, and the restaurant on the top floor also has local characteristics, good service, and delicious food. But for some reason, the door of my room could not be closed normally, which made me very confused.
와와사One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in my life (35+ years' travel life). All was perfect and I will recommend confidently this hotel to those who I know and plan to trip to Akita. Personally I decided to stay the hotels in Japan JR East is running and available in the places I plan to travel. Otsukaresamadesita to all that are working there.
RRyan__The hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious, giving everyone a good start to every day. The location is also very convenient, with many attractions and transportation options nearby. Highly recommended to friends who travel here
YYouxiapeiIt's a little far from Akita Station, 10 minutes by bus. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk. It's very quiet and worth recommending. Breakfast is a set meal, you can choose Japanese style or noodles. It's average.
