"I recently stayed at The Qube Hotel in Chiba, and I must say, the location is perfect! It's conveniently close to Don Quijote and Daiso, making shopping incredibly easy. Right in front of the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven, and if you're up for a short walk, you can also reach a Family Mart. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable bath tub. The facilities inside the room were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend The Qube Hotel Chiba for its excellent location and fantastic room amenities"
"The room is warm and comfortable, with a rich and nutritious breakfast from 6 to 9 o'clock. The hotel has a special bus to and from the subway station, which is very convenient. Attached is this year's hotel commuter bus schedule, friends in need can refer to it"
"It was close to the station, but it was quiet and I was able to relax. The free use of the video theater and the large underground bath were also great. I'd like to use it again next time."

"Amenity was substantial. I'm glad that the drink bar was always available, and there were always petit sweets and small snacks. , 24 White wine and bread, which are said to be free of charge for time, were empty and not replenished. The light meal in the morning was free, but only some kinds of latte powder sticks and mini cups of cereal, bean salad, potato salad, and macaroni salad were the reason for corona. It was quite poor at this time.
It was good that there was a cartoon corner, a karaoke room, a hammock corner, a bedrock bath, a wet footbath, table tennis, billiards, and darts below, and it was not crowded. I thought it was a great service to be able to use before and after check-in out. It was a pity that the darts stand was offline, the position was not properly installed, and there were numbers that were broken and did not detect."
"I stayed here due to the effects of a typhoon.
I made a reservation on the day, but was lucky that there was a vacancy.
The hotel is located in front of Chiba Minato Station, and there is a Maruetsu supermarket nearby that is open 24 hours a day, so it is very convenient.
The price was also reasonable, so I had no complaints about my stay."
"It had everything I needed, was clean, and check-in and check-out were done by machine, making it simple and convenient. I want to stay at Toyoko Inn when I travel to other areas."

Amazing
YYuxiulianAlthough the room is a bit small, it is clean and tidy, and there is free coffee and drinks from 2pm to 11pm! There are public baths where you can take a bath, and there are massage mats in the room, which are very comfortable to use! The location is relatively good, very close to Chiba Station. Overall, I am very satisfied!
MMuniz PedroI extended one more night. This is a copy of my previous review of this hotel. Excellent hotel, excellent location, i front of Kaihin
Makuhari train station and beside Mitsui Premium
Outlet Park. The rooms are newly renovated and
modern. Amenities are plentiful. Breakfast was
included, and access to lounge with cold, hot, alcoholic
drinks and snacks in the afternoon through 9pm. First
time on this side of the Springs Hotel, which is the
”premium” area. Both are good, I stayed for business
trips many times, and I wanted to try the Springs
Premiere this time. Loved it.
JJojo.TThe service here was immaculate from day one, the staff spoke English which was very helpful and they were always so attentive and polite. The days we were there, unfortunately was raining, however the hotel provided us with umbrellas making it very convenient for us. The rooms are a bit small for two large suitcases but everything else you need is in that one room, including a bathtub! They also provide free amenities in the lobby which really topped it off for us. It was a very clean and comfortable hotel for our four-night stay. Thanks to the reception staff for being so lovely 😊😊
DDavidConveniently located in an adjacent building from Chiba JR station. Access from the west exit. Also near subway station and monorail network.
Plenty of eateries and shopping at the nearby malls. Basically you can find everything you need here, so don’t have to stay in Tokyo.
We picked Chiba for ease of access to Narita airport, about 50 minutes away on rapid train. Express service to Narita is also available but at 3x the cost.
Breakfast is typical Japanese fare but last order is early at 9am. There are plenty of eateries nearby so next time will opt out of hotel breakfast.
Hotel mini fridge is under-powered so is effectively useless.
WwtfisheryService from the staff was nice.. facilities was okay.. location was near the train station.. we didnt like the vibe of the area especially at night.. felt like the security in the area was very very poor. there are always a lot people camping around from the train station all the way to the hotel, trying to prey on people who are alone. they are always staring at me and my husband everytime we walk back from the train station. during our 1st night stay, my husband went down to the nearby combini alone and an obaasan kept following him asking if he wants massage service from hotel to combini and back to the hotel. then another night, we saw 1 girl got cornered by a group of guys while walking back to the hotel. she was obviously distressed but we are couldnt do anything since we are outnumbered. we didnt want to get into trouble so we can only walk away with guilt as fast as we could back to the hotel. drunk people everywhere. no police in sight during the few nights we were there as well. overall, definitely no issue with the hotel but we will not return to Chiba again.
EEyfawahabI had a great experience staying at Hotel Springs Makuhari in Chiba. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the Makuhari Messe convention center and nearby shopping areas. The convenience of being close to public transport made it simple to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The hotel facilities were excellent, with well-maintained amenities and attentive staff who were always ready to assist.Overall, Hotel Springs Makuhari is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers, offering comfort, convenience, and great service.
GGuest UserThe room is very good and clean. The area is not small, very close to the tram station, next to Mitsui Outlet, and only one stop away from AEON. There is a bus to the airport at the door. Recommended for both tourism and business.
AAnonymous UserVery close to Chiba monorail Yoshikawagoen station. Friendly and helpful staff who speak English. Breakfast was excellent with many varieties. Highly recommend to eat the soft white bread. Very clean and spacious room which came with a queen size bed. Great value for the stay here. Would come again.
EElisiaoneOldest hotel I have ever stayed in! Smelly! Beds were okay. Shower pressure was excellent. Location was great! One English channel. No room service. Early check in a plus. Japanese restaurant was very good.
LLini KaloumairaIt’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff.
Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available.
Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point.
Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned.
I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time.
suggestions:
(1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues.
(2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.
