"Location is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance"
"Very convenient and very nicely decorated. Everything is handy. Breakfast is included in the room. Check in and out are all self-service. Parking is very convenient. The reception is very helpful. So I also stay in hotels of this brand when I go to other cities."
"It is a clean hotel, although it walks a little from Chiba Station 7 〜 8 minutes. The large communal bath was clean and I was very satisfied. The room clothes are also separate types, so you don't have to sleep badly. You can also walk to the nearest convenience store in 2 〜 3 minutes. There is no parking lot, but I think there is no problem because there is a 24-hour fixed coin parking nearby."

"Amenity was substantial. I'm glad that the drink bar was always available, and there were always petit sweets and small snacks. , 24 White wine and bread, which are said to be free of charge for time, were empty and not replenished. The light meal in the morning was free, but only some kinds of latte powder sticks and mini cups of cereal, bean salad, potato salad, and macaroni salad were the reason for corona. It was quite poor at this time.
It was good that there was a cartoon corner, a karaoke room, a hammock corner, a bedrock bath, a wet footbath, table tennis, billiards, and darts below, and it was not crowded. I thought it was a great service to be able to use before and after check-in out. It was a pity that the darts stand was offline, the position was not properly installed, and there were numbers that were broken and did not detect."
"I stayed here due to the effects of a typhoon.
I made a reservation on the day, but was lucky that there was a vacancy.
The hotel is located in front of Chiba Minato Station, and there is a Maruetsu supermarket nearby that is open 24 hours a day, so it is very convenient.
The price was also reasonable, so I had no complaints about my stay."
"I was taken care of by seven families.
I had a great time in a large space. The open-air bath was very pleasant. The children were delighted with the way to the inn and the world of Ghibli. It is also convincing that there are many repeaters. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity."
"The hotel is very close to the station and convenience store
There is free breakfast every day, but the dining area is relatively small
The front desk is not there in the early morning, you need to pay attention to the check-in time"

Outstanding
MMuniz PedroI extended one more night. This is a copy of my previous review of this hotel. Excellent hotel, excellent location, i front of Kaihin
Makuhari train station and beside Mitsui Premium
Outlet Park. The rooms are newly renovated and
modern. Amenities are plentiful. Breakfast was
included, and access to lounge with cold, hot, alcoholic
drinks and snacks in the afternoon through 9pm. First
time on this side of the Springs Hotel, which is the
”premium” area. Both are good, I stayed for business
trips many times, and I wanted to try the Springs
Premiere this time. Loved it.
AAnonymous UserReserved a 3-night stay at this hotel, conveniently situated within a 5-minute walk from Chiba station. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink available from 2 pm to 11 pm. It would have been improved if they provided hot coffee for guests in the morning. A notable highlight is the onsen on level 3, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.
Special commendation to Ms. 李, who facilitated our check-in. Upon overhearing our Mandarin conversation, she promptly switched to Mandarin, enhancing our understanding and overall experience. A thoughtful touch that stood out during our stay.
GGuest UserI accidentally booked and prepaid the 5-night trip at this hotel on Trip.com, then I became worried after reading a lot of negative comments about Trip.com. i booked this for my parents so I had to make sure they got the room, thus I came to ask the receptionist one day before. The hotel was at a convenient place to a lot of malls and restaurants, the room was bigger than I thought. The only bad thing is this room is a smoking room so there was heavy cigarette smell, and it barely faded out after several days even if we opened the window
Ffun tingNo flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am.
Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel
Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel.
Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk
Mmyloves33just a few minutes walk from chiba station and a lot of restaurants and other establishments around the area ...i was very thankful on the attendant...me and my friends were really so surprised and amazed with the room we stay because its so beautiful, clean, has an overlooking view, things needed were prepared .. the shower and bath tub were great with overlooking view as well..i highly recommend this hotel in chiba ..
黃黃昏之年享受旅遊獨樂樂The biggest problem and disadvantage is that the windows cannot be opened and there is no wind. It is like living in a cabin with no windows or terraces, trapping sewage and carbon dioxide, and only a very small window for ventilation.
In such a refreshing weather, you still need to turn on the air conditioner. Split air conditioners cannot bring outdoor air into the room, so it is uneasy because the windows cannot be opened.
The location is excellent. Just across the mall is the Chiba train station, which is convenient for going to Tokyo or the airport.
The surrounding environment is a bit chaotic at night. I don’t know why there are women in red standing on many streets? Inviting guests to drink?
If you don't mind turning on the air conditioner, it's acceptable on days when prices are cheap. However, the price increase on Fridays and Saturdays was so severe that it was nearly double the usual price. I was forced to move back to a remote hotel near Narita Airport.
BBerickThe hotel is in a great location and is convenient for shopping at the beachfront Makuhari outlet. The room was average, the pillows were too flat and uncomfortable. The parking lot can only park vehicles with a height of less than 157cm. The nearby convenience store has a limited variety of products.
LLini KaloumairaIt’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff.
Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available.
Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point.
Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned.
I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time.
suggestions:
(1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues.
(2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.
JJovaThe hotel is in a great location, opposite the Outlet, very close to JR Kaihin Makuhari Station, and there are many restaurants nearby.
Although the room is not big, it has a standard double bed instead of a mini double bed, which is great and made for a very comfortable sleep.
The hotel's breakfast is very rich, and guests can make their own croissant waffles. Since the restaurant serves buffet meals in the evening, the breakfast drinks have more options than those in other general hotels.
The hotel has a large private indoor parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving. Guests pay ¥1,000 per night.
