"The location is close to attractions. The room is clean and tidy. Cleaning supplies and towels are provided. The environment is quiet. The service attitude of the staff is very good. You can store your luggage. There is a restaurant downstairs and there are snack coupons."
The Hotel Cartia Daizaifu provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Hotel Cartia Daizaifu is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Dazaifu. With Dazaifu Station just 500m away and Fukuoka Airport only 15km away, transportation is very convenient. Famous local attractions Tenkaiinari Shrine, Dazaifu Tenman-gū Information Center and Dazaifu Monzen Machi, can all be reached with a short walk. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.
"More convenient if using a car, parking is free however parking lots may be full at night so better to reach earlier at the hotel. There's also free onsen facilities and a comics room, and there's two buildings so might be confusing when navigating around the hotel. Overall experience is a good stay."

"The room was spacious and wonderful, equipped with a dining table, washing machine and dryer.
As I checked in outside business hours, I received clear instructions via SMS on how to check in, where the parking lot was, and how to enter. Parking is an additional fee (600 yen including tax), but I was sent a URL for card payments, which allowed me to pay without any trouble.
However, I used the nationwide travel support to stay here, and had a very unpleasant experience with the exchange of regional coupons.
When I received a confirmation call, I was told that I would be given six regional coupons for two adults, and when I asked what about children, I was told that coupons could be issued to children under 12 years old if they had proof of vaccination or negative test results. I asked them to confirm, but they insisted that it was written in the manual. I simply said I understood and hung up the phone.
When I sent the proof of vaccination for adults by email, I included an explanation that the Fukuoka Prefecture official website states, ”*Children under 12 years of age do not need proof of vaccination certificates if accompanied by a parent or other guardian who lives with them and has been vaccinated and tested.” and sent the email. The next day, I received a reply saying that they could give me the regional coupon if I only needed to show identification."

"It was stated that it was 4 minutes from the station, but it was actually about 2 minutes near the station, but it was a little difficult to understand. I checked in in the middle of the night, but there were people at the reception. Perhaps, I think people are always sitting at the front desk except when cleaning. However, since the location of the bathrobe was difficult to understand, I think it is necessary to devise such as putting it on the bed."
"The breakfast is good, and there are hot springs. Friends said they like it very much. If there are friends to travel there, I would highly recommend it. Whether you are bringing your kids or friends to play, it will be a good choice!"
"This hot spring hotel has a long history, the Showa era, the decoration inside is very nostalgic, the staff are mostly elderly, the staff is friendly, do not understand English, this hotel gives a very nostalgic feeling, but also free parking. The hotel has 2 large baths and family styles. There is no convenience store nearby, but there is a sales department in the hotel lobby. Cup noodles and snacks are available, and there is a drink machine. Breakfast is on the first floor, Japanese breakfast, very good."
"One kilometer away from the station, the hotel is a bit old, the room smells a bit heavy, the hot spring room is very humid and musty, the hardware facilities are a bit poor, but the grandmother at the front desk is very kind"
"Location is 30mins drive from fukuoka. 6000yen from Hakata station or Tenjin area. Excellent hotel. The hot spring closes at 11pm and opens in the morning. Hot tub for both men and women looks the same with stone work tub. Stayed for two nights. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and is different every morning delivered straight to room!!! Kudos for the friendly staff and great accommodations"
