Сотрудники вежливые и внимательные Единственное, что не понравилось , когда приходишь в спа , приходится долго ждать полотенце , гостям не живущим в отеле проводят показ в уличной обуви и вся грязь с улицы остается в спа зоне ((( и в зоне спа требуется более тщательная уборка (

The hotel stayed just a few hours after a long car transfer. The next day early departure. Arrived around 23:00 local time. When booked, the note was informed that the registration bar was running until 8:00 and that the later check-in was warn. The hotel website had a mobile phone number that was attached to VIBER and contacted the hotel. The first, confirmed the presence of my reservation, and the second, it turned out, the registration bar works 24 hours a day. The girl with the respiratory thanked me for informing me about the late arrival.
On arrival and check-in, the staff managed to do their task at 💯 %. And the suitcases helped lift/deposit and taxi quickly called (there was no elevator in the hotel and for me it was invaluable help). To understand, I was one with two small children.
The room was very pleasant, clean, fresh, sorry didn't manage to enjoy.
Since we had a very early departure, we didn't have time for breakfast. We had a lunch boxing, but it came out somehow unsuccessfully (not successfully/uncomfortably packed them), only yoghurt for children. And the number of bags exceeded the number of hands. In any case, I thank you for your care, but it is probably necessary to think about the future as more properly to prepare the guests lunch boxing.
In general, it was quite a comilfo)))

The air condition unit was absent in the suite, although its remote control was there. The reception staff advised that the aircondition unit is placed in the corridor outside of the suite. This is weird and unacceptable at 30 grades celsium heat. The rooms description contains aircondiition unit. Besides that the restaurants (declared there are two - Japanese and Mediterranean) were closed due to unknown reasons. The rest is ok. The management has to update the descriptions at Web-Site and hotel reservation portals as for instance -booking.com

Aautumn titaniumGreat location in the city centre, very close to Cathedral Park. The bus stop for the airport bus (number 30, payable with Visa/MasterCard) is just a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff is helpful and efficient, and my room is clean and quiet. Towels, toothbrush, bathrobe, small kettle, etc are provided in the room. WiFi is fast and stable in my room. The breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold items, including eggs, sausages, bacon, pancake, ham, cheese, vegetables, fruits, bread, etc. In summary I had a pleasant stay.

Don’t think there’s a carpark as my taxi have to wait for me at a small area beside the road but it’s manageable. But don’t think driver can wait for long. There’s a restaurant just downstairs which I think is operated differently from the hotel owner. Therefore no room service and you can’t charge to room. But the food is good!

KKuehGood location, situated right beside the Cathedral Park and other sights. Also walking distance from the bus to/fro airport, with central bus station a distance away, but still walkable.
Amazing facilities and amenities in the room. Great selection of equipments in the gym. Selection of buffet breakfast was also great.
The staff who checked me in, Daniela, deserves a special mention as she was really gave me a very warm welcome and took time to explain to me the different facilities provided by the hotel - thank you Daniela!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a super location, but the service and friendliness of the staff are very bad.
Two young women are sitting at the reception and are predominantly busy with their phones. Even when check-in and check-out, something was done alongside the phone. Furthermore, eye contact was avoided and stayed in the conversation. As a guest, you have seen yourself as a disturbing factor.
The drive buffet was good. But coffee and tea had to be picked up at the bar. Orders were confirmed with a boring stove. There was no customer orientation again.
The indoor restaurant Ludo (5th floor) I can't evaluate, as I went back after about 20 minutes of waiting time, as no server came to my very visible table. To this end, it is necessary to mention that only about 5 guests were in the restaurant and about 5 servers were seated without mototion at the bar.

AAnonymous UserThey booked a hotel for a couple of days and paid for the app.As a result, when they arrived, we were offered 1 double bed , although the voucher indicated 2.Other visitors faced the same problem that day.That is, to solve the problem , which was created by the hotel management , the administrator and his assistant had to spend 1.5 hours! Plus the hotel is in inexpensive accurate rooms and polite staff.Minus and big is a staircase,i.e. if you have a suitcase,not a backpack,prepare to carry it yourself without an elevator.Thanks to the huge boy Sabina that brought us this suitcase on the first day at three Different rooms and on all floors until the administrator finally got us ahead of the room (probably the director didn't give good) with 2 separate beds as it was reserved and paid.There are carpets in the rooms, but are they needed? But the TV didn't work.Enabled, but the channels didn't show,thank you there is free Internet..., then to someone.. And don't forget to warn taxi drivers that before entering the hotel a high barrier , otherwise scratching the door.Very enjoyed breakfast and the food itself.Satisfactory and delicious.Overall a two-fold impression
