Hotel staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel was little outdated for my liking and wasn't too keen on the room amenities. The location was good and I enjoyed the 93rd National day festive celebrations.
The room was great - large and clean, with everything. I didn't really use any staff services - but I was disappointed to see the gym is not working, as that was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel. It should have been communicated before that it's not working. Otherwise a great option and his value in Jeddah!
One of the really hotels in this particular area.
Well maintained especially if you book rooms in the new building (Classic room). Breakfast was great and also all required amenities available. Will be back for the next trip as well.
The whole is a bit old. There is no partition in the bathroom. After taking a shower, the bathroom is full of water. The sanitation is just so-so. The main convenience is that it is very close to everything. Overall, it’s okay to live like this

GGuest UserThe staff was incredibly helpful. Some of the rooms have serious humidity problems, they changed the room immediately when I requested it. It was said that this problem is common all over the city. The breakfast was good. The gym is a bit small, but there are enough treadmills and bikes.
IIwan/IkhwanOne Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras.
Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service.
They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.
GGuest UserThe location is not far from the King's Fountain, which is a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast is good and the gym is great, which is very good for similar hotels. The wifi signal in some rooms is not very good.
RRonnel AzucenaI recently stayed at Aluya Hotel in Jeddah and had a very positive experience. The hotel’s location is highly convenient, allowing easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Additionally, Aluya Hotel offers competitive rates, making it a great choice for travelers who want to stick to a budget without compromising on quality. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was also impressive, which is always a plus when traveling. Overall, if you're looking for a practical and affordable option in Jeddah, I highly recommend considering Aluya Hotel!

GGuest UserThis is a pretty well located hotel. I got a good deal on trip.com so I overlooked the fact its kitchenette and bathroom had seen better days. Service was fine - there is no breakfast but the hotel is right next to a number of good eateries on Falesteen Street. The bed and bedding were especially good and the bedroom was large with plenty of storage space and a terrific big picture window. Recommend.

NNordenHotel in a very good location, right in front of a shopping bazaar, everything nearby, next to McDonald's and KFC but also a d'ère restaurants..Aparthotel nothing special, just a little lacking in kitchen facilities, otherwise everything there..Service could be a bit better, I wanted to pay twice, only after I had called my broker and showed them my Paypal transfer did I get confirmation from the manager. So I had to wait with my family in the somewhat lavish foyer after an hours-long drive through the desert, there was no apology or anything like that..Never ever is my motto@@@@Miracle
AAnonymous UserThe place was clean and tidy, although I had a hard time finding the entrance of the hotel. I was not able to see the pool since I checked in late at night but next time I will be availing their amenities.
