Just ok. Clean and safe. I do not care for the hotels with rooms that are arranged around an atrium. You hear every single noise and we were awakened during the night and again at 5630am by people talking and watching TV in the atrium. Stupid design. The best thing about this place is that it's right next to a huge liquor store. There's a gate in the fence to the liquor store parking lot next to the hotel and there was a constant stream of hotel guests walking back and forth with bags of booze.

My names is Francinia Frazier, I used this hotel as a meeting place for family, friends, and out of town guests during my bereavement. The love and kindness shown to me from the staff was amazing. Staff members Deondra Askew, Candy Fowlkes, Merna (Tierra), Charlotte, Vickie, Trejon treated me and all my family members with the up most respect everyday checking to see if I was ok. They prayed and consoled with me daily. All my family members was so impressed with the staff and the cleaning of the facility. We conclude this was the best hotel in the world. If you are traveling and looking for a place to stay this is the place. Peaceful, loving, caring, warm, friendly, kind and good food this is your place. I promise you will not regret staying at this hotel. It the best.

Breakfast is great! Convenient transportation and parking. The restaurant waiter is very nice, and she stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. Although the legs are a little disabled, they are in a very good state of mind and are responsible for their work.

Katarina at the best Western was absolutely amazing. She was super helpful and friendly and accommodated us in every way. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect since we attended the Georgia Renaissance fair. The breakfast was very good as well. We definitely will be coming back every year.

I have stayed at this motel for over a few weeks and though it’s not perfect, it’s come a long way & ultimately, I was satisfied with the service. The rooms are straightforward and much more clean since renovations. There are comfortable queen size mattresses and fresh sheets. The front desk staff are really friendly, they helped me with everything I needed and accommodated my needs when requested. Ms. Valerie, Mr. Jameel, Mr. Derrell, & Mr. Watkins are all very professional and understanding, they treated me with respect and kindness. Overall, Stay Express is not fancy or luxurious, but it is decent and convenient. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a simple and budget-friendly accommodation.
