Find the Cheap Philadelphia Hotels

This is the first time I stayed in Philadelphia. The hotel is renovated from an old building. The location is invincible, the decoration is exquisite, and the breakfast is delicious. I haven't been to the beautiful country for four years. I found that their service is learning from Asian hotels, and the improvement is quite obvious.

All the high-end hotels in Philadelphia are concentrated around here, right? Location: The location is definitely not to mention, it is located in the city center, right outside the city hall and other internet celebrity check-in points. parking: There is a valet parking service, but it is very expensive. bed: The bed was really too soft and it was hard to sleep. Room facilities: In addition, when I ordered it, there was a bathtub in the picture, so I ordered it because I could take a bath, but it didn't happen at all. Value for money: In terms of value for money, I think apart from the excellent location, everything else is not worth it.

Excellent customer service experience with front desk even when having issues went above and beyond to accommodate would definitely love to come back.

The location of the hotel is located in the city center. It is very convenient for eating, shopping, and going to the main check-in locations. You can walk to the city hall and other places in a few minutes. Diagonally across from the hotel is the reading market. Communicate with the hotel front desk in advance to delay check-out, and the service staff responded in a timely manner, extending it by an hour and a half, a very good service experience.

We recently celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary at the Four Seasons Philadelphia, and our stay was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make this occasion extra special. The attention to detail was impeccable. We used the airport parking for a weekend trip. The shuttle did not arrive when scheduled. The attendant at the desk told us it would be here in 3 minutes - we waited almost an hour. Several shuttles (that were not full) went by and said another is on the way shortly. That was not true. We asked for further assistance and the shuttle service was not picking up the phone. On return we called the number listed on the receipt, there was no answer. I called 4x until I spoke to someone, and he still could not give me an ETA. We waited over 30 minutes for a ride back to our car. We will never be using their service again.

At Loews for a professional conference. I arrived very early morning, and hoped for a early check-in. I understand that there's no guarantee. However, with each passing hour, others got rooms while I had to wait 7 seven hours to get a room. Even when I was told 20-30 minutes, it was in reality 1.5 hours later (and never got the text I was told I would get). When I finally got a room, it was a relatively loud room cuz it's near and ”behind the elevator.” I did request, as I always do, a room far from the elevator (but, I know, not guaranteed). Also, I requested a king bed room, and didn't get that. Then I tried to order room service, which should be relatively straightforward, but not so. I could not get a simple answer to what was the soup of the day. The attendant connected me to a voicemail. Then I was disconnected. (Then a friendly and professional attendant took my order.) Perhaps others have good experiences, but I did not. Overall, not impressed by the ”Four-Diamond - and ”true classic” - Loews Philadelphia Hotel.”

Another good pre flight stay. Clean room, comfy bed, usual free breakfast with great coffee. Whisper quiet air con system. Staff is outstanding. Betsy always has warm hello and a smile. Hotel is well maintained, but had a few minor wear and tear items (room entry door rubs on jamb) as would be expected from a hotel that is gracefully aging. Reason not 5-star: Shuttle to airport not reliable. Signed up for 7:00 am. 7:10, no shuttle. Warren intervened, called the driver who missed the time, and ensured we were taken to airport in time for our flight. We would stay here again.

The Rittenhouse Hotel offers a five-star experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, though it could benefit from a minor refresh. Breakfast service, while slightly slow, was enjoyable and added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The hotel’s location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend for a luxurious stay in the city.

Facilities: fully equipped, very new Hygienic: Hygiene, clean and tidy, the American waiter will not take the initiative to clean the room and disturb the rest. Environment: First-class environment, very close to Penn University, the city center, convenient transportation and good scenery Service: Good service attitude, polite greetings, not excessive interruptions
