This property was a very pleasant surprise. We stayed over due to a storm and found this property to be exceptional. Nicely appointed rooms. The menu and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Staff in the dining room was great as well.

Our stay was great. Very convenient location. The room was a really nice size and the bed was very comfortable. It had a nice size bathroom as well. Our only negative was the sound of the heater/air conditioner; it was very loud when it cut in.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

While the breakfast service was quick and easy the food was terrible. There appeared to be three choices for the prepaid breakfast with no offers of juice or fruit. It wasn't freshly cooked and certainly not 'real' eggs scrambled on a grill. More like pre-scrambled eggs in a jug. The coffee was so-so with plastic individual creamer containers on a table.
The hotel had plastic cups in the room covered in plastic. Time to get rid of the plastic and use real dishes.
Hotel check in was easy and friendly.
The hotel was quiet even though it appeared pretty busy.
You could also see light from the hallway all the way around the door. This seemed unusual.

Staff eas friendly and attentive. The only minor issue we had was that you could not close the curtins to block out the light. Restaurant was awesome, enjoyed the food and the service. We have already recommended this hotel to others.

We just needed to overnight in Clarenville and reserved the Quality Inn based on other reviews. It did not disappoint! Obviously recently renovated, the room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk mgr even called 30min into our stay to make sure everything was alright. It’s an older A/C unit, but it worked quite well (for those staying in the summer). Nice to have a served breakfast included.
