The bad parts - the room finish is tired and bathrooms need updating. The good part is “everything else”. Perfect location, comfortable, clean & spacious room, good breakfast, great staff. They even have giant original cartoons and drawings on the walls by a very talented artist. Stop here and spend what you save (compared to Mercure etc) on a great meal nearby. Lots to choose from.

Hotel in central location, in a few minutes reach the city's main monuments. Small but comfortable rooms, recently renovated, a little small bathroom but can be well for a few days. The lift is small and unpractical because it stops at the middle floor, so there are always stairs to do. We haven't had a meal in the hotel so I can't judge the kitchen.

This hotel/apartment has a small kitchen area with basic utensils for cooking a meal. It has a microwave and small dishwasher. What it didn't provide was a tea towel for drying up oddments if only a cup of coffee was made for example, and there was no need to use the dishwasher. The cupboards holding crockery and saucepans were so high up unless a person was tall they couldn't reach them! One other small gripe is that the pillows were incredibly hard. I usually find pillows provided to be much too soft but these were the other extreme. Apart from that, it was very good, and in a convenient location.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Front of house chap could have been a lot more helpful, we felt we were pumping him with questions which he should have been telling us before we asked. eg what to see in the local area and even a map. The room was ample with good views over the roof tops and cathedral but no fridge! No milk provided, we had to ask at the bar area but with no fridge was difficult to keep fresh for the morning Breakfast was very good with views over to the cathedral.(lovely fresh orange juice) Car park was under the hotel, our car was hit while parked there as very tight parking spaces but there is no CCTV. Some of this hotel was a BW Signature collection but not all.

Practical hotel, close to CHU and tram, quiet, pleasant and rest-friendly room, good welcome, good litter, But, unfortunately as reported on other guest reviews, smell of waste in the bathroom that spreads in the room..... Signal at the reception, resigned response on the pipeline, which would be old ... I had to improve myself by putting a wet mud on the shower bond during the night. Then the hairdryer was a little hairdryer, and a small ice band was left (6 days!) on the nose of the stairway, making them sliding. Last point: The two blue statues of stylized gorillas that dominate the client while he climbs into the entrance seem somewhat aggressive ... But there are tastes and colors ...;)
