"The room is relatively small but clean. The front desk service is good. You can leave your keys at the front desk every time you go out. The hotel is located in zone 2, but the surrounding bus and subway are also convenient, and it is convenient to eat. It is very quiet to sleep at night. I booked early and found out it was cheaper when I went there."
"The hotel is only three minutes away from the subway, five minutes away from McDonald's, and there are at least three supermarkets nearby within five minutes, which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and fluent in English. I think the breakfast is good, with my favorite soy milk."
"The hotel is clean and hygienic, very close to the office, and the accommodation experience is very good"

"The hotel does not have a parking lot, it is a bit different from the introduction, but it is a street away from the hotel. The parking fee is 14.5 Euros a day. The room was very small but clean. It may be that Paris is a place of gold. There is no kettle, but the restaurant can pour water. Breakfast in general"
"For a 3 stars c is really limit...
Elevator in pantoufle room at 3rd floor
A very small room I think not more than 9 m2
Cross mirror
Then you can't pipi right on the toilet because the wall is too close. You're forced to put on the side and I'm a little bit, so imagine my husband!
Extremely noisy wake up at 7 a.m. even with my ears closets ...
At 10 a.m. the household lady hitting the door
We felt that we had to go quickly ...
Trace of cigarette burning on the workplace for a non-smoking room ...
I won't go back there shortly
However, I must emphasise that the staff was welcome and the room was clean"
"I am giving you my opinion to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the experience I had during my stay in your establishment*****t on 06/12/2023, under reservation number ******* ****.
I checked in at your hotel at 3:45 p.m. on 06/12/2023 and everything seemed as expected. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. When I returned to the hotel at midnight, the night staff not only refused to let me into my room, but also demanded that I pay for breakfast. It is important to note that breakfast was not included in my reservation and I had no intention of having it.
This behavior is not only unacceptable but also contrary to the standards of customer service expected in an establishment of your reputation. I was left in an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation, without any explanation or adequate assistance to resolve the problem.
I request clarification on this situation and, above all, corrective action to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future with other customers. Additionally, I would like to be informed of the actions you plan to take in response to this unpleasant experience.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously to improve your service quality in the future"
"Absolutely wonderful.
PROS-The sauna and pool were AMAZING. Little workout room as well, with new equipment. Nice lemon water by pool. This hotel is brand new so everything is modern and new fixtures, and very clean. Friendly people working at front desk who spoke English which was helpful. There is a huge beautiful courtyard not shown in pictures (it’s soooo pretty) and the hotel has a huge gate for security (not that it’s needed though, because the hotel is in a great area—Mairie de Clichy—not too touristy, which is great. Very close to the metro as well, for access to all the sights. Awesome boulangerie across the street too, named Rega ‘Lou. We went there every morning.
CONS-Only one guy at front desk who wasn’t very accommodating/helpful, but that was the exception. The thermostat in our room didn’t work well, so we had to open our window to get air in there so it wasn’t too stuffy. Bed was VERY firm but they gave me an extra comforter to lay down on the bed which fixed that problem.
Overall, such a wonderful stay and GREAT value for the price!! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Absolutely recommend."
"Grand entrance with arc design, looks like a modern mansion. Clichy “Marie de clichy” metro area abit far from central shopping area.
Room was normal sized, well furnished came with balcony overlooking nothing. Highlight being the bath facility with both shower head and rain shower. Kiehls products were complimentary and felt refreshing."
"Clean room (i think they clean it every day) , nice bed, but they forgot to clean hairdryer (dusty). The water in the sink very slow to go down. Just a Nice place to sleep and have a warm shower.
Customers service (CS) : when the first time coming, not really nice. Next time, please check by online 1st before told to customer haven't paid yet. Because i had to paid everything by tiket.com including the taxes.
Thanks to young handsome CS who gave me direction to pcr lab (my country rule if i want back to Indonesia) "

Great
CCaishanmouI recently stayed at a hotel and had a great experience, giving it a 4-star rating. The service was very friendly; the front desk staff welcomed me warmly, making me feel at home. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing in the rooms, but overall, my stay was very enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it!
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the subway station. It only takes a two-minute walk. There are two supermarkets nearby. We booked a one-bedroom and one-living room. There are cooking tools in the room. We stayed there for five consecutive nights and felt very comfortable. , will stay again next time
CCappadociaEvery thing was well organized, the amazing stuff from the reception to the room service , all are helpful kind ..I m trying to remember the name of the guys in reception Ana…the young man with blond hair and eyeglasses and all others were very friendly. Near to metro….and easy excess for all sightseeings.. I recommend it
GGuest UserThe hotel is OK, there is a password for the door, the standard room with a kitchen, the room has kitchen utensils, microwave oven, induction cooker, tableware, refrigerator, it feels good. I am not demanding. Far from the subway station. I heard from customers that it is not safe at night, but I have not gone out at night. I haven't encountered anything during the day, and the big supermarket nearby is more than a kilometer away.
WWalesOnTourGreat little hotel for a budget stay, fresh bedding on a comfy bed, very clean room, very cosy room not much spare space but sufficient if it’s just a place to rest your head, quiet area so not worry of traffic all night to wake you up and the staff were very friendly. Amenities are pretty basic but the breakfast if selected was tasty.
BBAEKAlthough the size of the dormitory is very small, it is very close to the subway station, and there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities nearby. The cost performance is very good. There is also a kitchen that can be cooked simply, and you can rent a dryer and a chew if you ask the hotel.
