"Dear sir/madam, the arcadia is not that much worth their tariff, i have stayed in many hotels in various districts and states, in that experience i'm rating 3 out of ten to the arcadia as their valet parking is not good, they have used a very low quality matters as a 3rd bed. "We stayed here in sr jungle resort as a family of 4 and it was a very pleasant experience. Right from the welcome drink to the electric shuttle which took us to our rooms, the staff behaviour was very polite and helpful. We booked the luxury cottage, which has been dubbed here as garden view rooms. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Room service was also quick, no complaints on that side. They have separate zones (buildings) for every purpose i. E. Bachelors, family, single moms, large groups etc. Pools are well maintained and clean. Only point to mention is that the cost of food is quite high, which can be understandable as this is a tourist place and located on the hills. You would be given 2 complimentary foot massage coupons which you can redeem at the spa. However its a machine massage, if you want to get a manual massage then it costs rs. 999. If you want a great relieving massage for 30 minutes then you can try that. The staff are from northeast and are skilled in pressure point massage. Overall a great experience."

"Had a peaceful and relaxed weekend at Ibex River Resort this weekend.It’s a quiet place by the side of a river.The rooms are spacious and clean.The food is good and staff courteous.A few indoor games have been provided and there’s a play area for kids.The magic show conducted by Mr.Subash was excellent.This is a good place to stay with family and friends.We thank the management and staff for making our stay a memorable one"

"The hotel was recommended to me by a friend and it proved completely worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with well laid out bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff are all so polite and helpful, with true attention to detail. I was very impressed with the food, which is so much better than some other five-star hotels I have stayed at. Kudos on quality and flavour. I will definitely stay here again."

DDonovan Chan WMNot the best but not the worst stayed so far in hotels in India. Not sure about the location and facilities as i only spend 2 nights there and i didnt venture out. Quiet and small room. No comment on the cleanliness. Prefer water to be in plastic capped bottle instead of glass bottle with paper seal, which is supplied.

GGuest UserI don't understand the concept of 12 to 12 check in and check out. Anyways we had booked 2 rooms and went to the hotel by 6 pm and they took 30 mins to provide 1 room and more than 1. 30 hours to provide another room. But during checkout they were very sharp on timing and charged extra 500 rs for extending till 2 pm. The pol in reception area not so friendly and they don't know even the meaning of smile. The room were good and neat the breakfast was also ok. There was underground parking aswell. Will i prefer this hotel next time. No bcoz of the non friendly front office.
