We (mother with 2 children) stayed here for 1 night between a visit to Phantasiapark and a day in Cologne. Great price, neat (small) room and breakfast included for €10.50 pp. Breakfast was very extensive, the room to have breakfast very uncomfortable but otherwise fine. Staff were very friendly. No nuisance from the planes (it is close to the airport) or other traffic because of very well insulated windows.
Hotel is a 15m drive from the center of Cologne, but you can also take the train at a 10m walk and leave your car at the hotel for free.
Definitely recommended for 1 night.

The hotel is relatively right on the railway line between the airport and Cologne city center and not far from the station. The furnishing of the rooms is the usual of B&B. However, there was only one check-in machine and therefore a very long line and waiting time on arrival.

Far out of the city center (which is indicated properly, but nonetheless, something to be aware off). We had bad luck that the RB25 train didn't run due to an accident, if that would have been operational the city would be pretty easily reachable. The hotel itself is okay, rooms are decent, staff is attentive, free parking, a regular B&B experience.

Close to the train station, which goes into Köln/Cologne and to Köln-Bonn Airport. Would definitely visit again.
