Under consumer rights and hotel service regulations, we demand an immediate full refund for this stay. Failure to comply will leave us no choice but to escalate the matter through legal and consumer protection channels. Unser Aufenthalt im Steigenberger Hotel Köln war völlig inakzeptabel. Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war eiskalt und funktionierte nicht, trotz zahlreicher Meldungen an die Rezeption. Das Personal gab widersprüchliche Informationen, leere Versprechen und unternahm keinerlei Maßnahmen, das Problem zu beheben. Dies stellt eine klare Verletzung der bei der Buchung zugesicherten Leistungen dar. Nach Verbraucherrechten und Hotelservice-Vorschriften fordern wir die sofortige vollständige Rückerstattung.
