"The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all friendly. The bathroom even had a bathtub, so I enjoyed a relaxing bath. The bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful, and I was completely satisfied. The hotel was also filled with Seo's works, which was truly stunning. "An ordinary economy hotel. I stayed here for one night. The location is excellent. It is very close to Cologne Cathedral. The underground parking lot is relatively large. The elevator can directly reach the hotel and the guest room. The room facilities are very ordinary. There is no bottled water. The bathroom door is difficult to close. The glass window is only more than 1 meter high above, and there is more than 1 meter below the wall, which makes the room very depressing.
When I checked in, I thought this hotel was so ordinary and I thought there must be few breakfast options. The next day, I went to the restaurant in the E building and got an unexpected reward. The breakfast was not bad. The croissants were very crispy, and there were ginger and lemons that I could cut myself to make ginger tea or lemon tea."

Cleanliness is average because when we arrived, the cupboards had food that did not belong to us and the daily room service was very basic just making the bed, changing some not all used towels, on some days they did not even top up the coffee capsules but overall I would recommend the hotel. Enjoyed their pool table and gym facilities as well.

Google maps was showing me different directions - the problem is that the station is parallel to the dom and to get to the road level, you have to do down and not up the stairs to the dom. I did not use the facilities or the food. I did appreciate that they had water in the room and fruits at the reception area. They also had left luggage at no charge.

Amenities : everything is comfortable. I love the fact they provide carbonated water and can opener for the bottled water. It is small details like that which differs between great and marvelous.

GGuest UserThe reception and service were fine. I could tell they spent a lot of time designing a very nice reception and welcome area and I am sure the restaurant is very good. However, I was a bit disappointed with the overall design of the room and the size especially for the price I paid. You go from a “boutique exterior” to an average to okay hotel room. The shower was close to matching the front end of the hotel but the bedroom space, window, noise, TV as well as light design were pretty avg. I had an okay stay but wasn’t that comfortable.
I am grateful to have been put next to the elevator since I was leaving in the middle the night for the airport but I wished the room offered more for the price requested per night I am sorry to say.

It’s incredibly convenient if you’re traveling by train or planning to explore the old town on foot. You can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and major attractions in under 10 minutes.
💰 Excellent Value for Money
For such a prime central location, the room rate was very affordable. It’s rare to find a hotel this close to the station and city center at such a low price. The room was basic but clean, and included breakfast, which made it an even better deal.
🛏️ Room Tips
Rooms facing the street or train station might get a bit noisy, so I recommend asking for a quiet room facing the courtyard if you’re a light sleeper.

GGuest UserStay was ok but even for 3* I found various factors very upsetting;
#1. Stairwell main fire escape ALL doors were wedged open!! Is this legal?!
#2. Entering the room my first impression as a stained seemingly worn out carpet looking disgusting!!
#3. Using the toilet I found I could not close the door because the toilet IS IN THE WAY!!! *******!!!
#4. The safe for my keys, money and passport was BROKEN and impossible to use - no handle, no batteries. This gave me a worried feeling throughout my stay!!!
#5. THE TELEVISION DID NOT WORK - and it seems HASNT WORKED FOR WEEKS!! Outrageous and in breach of your contract.
#6. A small but simple point to correct - a missing bedside lamp shade.
#7. Finally just a point of service with the lady serving breakfast noisily clipclooping about in her shoes as well as being surly and noisy with serving and clearing breakfast

ZZhinvThe room is clean and tidy, with convenient transportation, close to the cathedral, and many places to eat around. The hotel has complete facilities, considerate service, free luggage storage, we arrived before 12 o'clock, and we were checked in immediately, thank you hotel owner!
