"Ich war in Zimmer 56 untergebracht und habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre, die durch das Zimmer durch die Dachgeschoss entstand, war einfach toll. Das Zimmer war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

"It's close to Cologne Cathedral, and you could even see a little bit of the top of the cathedral from the balcony!
Because the room was spacious, the heating wasn't very effective.
Also, the entrance to the hotel was a little hard to find.
There was a supermarket called REWE downstairs.
I was able to use hot water from the kettle in what seemed to be the breakfast area in front of the front desk."

Guest UserOverall, it was excellent. The hotel has many rooms, and the rooms themselves are very spacious. Housekeeping cleans daily. There's a restaurant on the first floor with good food, making it definitely worth a stay. It's also very close to the Cologne Exhibition Centre, with a subway station right outside the hotel that gets you there in just 3 stops. Getting to Cologne Central Station is also super convenient, as there's a direct bus right in front of the hotel!

The hotel is nice, but slightly outdated.
On the plus side, it's conveniently located, close to the train station and Cologne Cathedral. The staff is wonderful; one of the receptionists spoke Russian at check-out, which was unexpected and very nice. You can leave your suitcases when you check out. Excellent breakfasts. The bed is good.
On the minus side, some things were a bit dirty, like the carpet, the bathtub, and the kettle inside.

A super stylish yet cozy hotel. Everything feels new and well-thought-out. It's well-located, close to Koelnmesse and Rheinpark. The tram and train stations are easily accessible. Plus, the staff is friendly and professional. It's a shame the gym was closed for renovation work.

WellTravelledGringoDon’t stay here in summer it’s absolute hell. It doesn’t have any working air con regardless of what they say and the room is 28-30c at night! The hotel owners need to spend a few million euros overhauling the entire system and it’s obvious they won’t ever do that
Sadly because of this the front desk staff bare the brunt of complaints therefore creating a toxic work environment the room itself is nice but sadly would never book again during summer months

A rather basic hotel, but worthy of its price. The hotel is suitable for people with a limited budget but who want to live here for a long time. In addition to ordinary hotel rooms, there are also public living rooms and public bathrooms (that is, there are also rooms without bathrooms). The overall feel is more like a student dormitory. The room was very cold when I arrived. I searched for a long time before I realized that the heating was not turned on. So my impression of this hotel is cold and bleak, and I guess I won't go there again in the future. But it would be unfair to say that this hotel has nothing good to offer.

The hotel was in a great location, right by the cathedral and close to the shopping district and mainline train station. The room was big, spacious and clean. However unfortunately at the moment there is a lot of construction work happening behind the hotel where our room was and it was very hard to sleep with such loud noises from 7am we also had to leave the windows open as it was very warm and there was no air conditioning in the room which also didnt help.
There was a free coffee machine available to make hot drinks in the lobby to take to the room however it wasnt always working when we needed it.
Otherwise good value hotel.

The hotel was nice if you're visiting Köln. But i guess we just had experienced a scary situation where someone was trying to Unlock the door at around 9pm when we're about to sleep. We got scared. Then when we heard that, i asked who's trying to open the door and it was a Family with 2 kids, so the receptionist gave us the wrong key for our booked room and they gave the Family the wrong key but with the same room number. No explanation was made what really happened at that exact moment from the receptionist , got no time to go down and ask the reception since we're tired from that day. But ofcourse we're already bothered and scared about that.
