"This hotel is really good. Maybe it's because the hotels I stayed at in Paris were too small, but arriving in Germany, this hotel was spacious and very clean. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. The breakfast was also decent, and the staff always gave me bottled mineral water. The owner seems to be Chinese and was very friendly. It was a really great experience, and I'd recommend it to my friends."

"Ich war in Zimmer 56 untergebracht und habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre, die durch das Zimmer durch die Dachgeschoss entstand, war einfach toll. Das Zimmer war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Das Hotel überzeugt zudem durch seine zentrale, aber ruhige Lage und den freundlichen Service. Overall, it was excellent. The hotel has many rooms, and the rooms themselves are very spacious. Housekeeping cleans daily. There's a restaurant on the first floor with good food, making it definitely worth a stay. It's also very close to the Cologne Exhibition Centre, with a subway station right outside the hotel that gets you there in just 3 stops. Getting to Cologne Central Station is also super convenient, as there's a direct bus right in front of the hotel!

Don’t stay here in summer it’s absolute hell. It doesn’t have any working air con regardless of what they say and the room is 28-30c at night! The hotel owners need to spend a few million euros overhauling the entire system and it’s obvious they won’t ever do that Sadly because of this the front desk staff bare the brunt of complaints therefore creating a toxic work environment the room itself is nice but sadly would never book again during summer months

This comment may be a bit long. I come here for check in around 3:30pm, there are a group of elders checking in front me, I waited around 30minutes there. I think the reception is a responsible one but he can either speed up the progress, skip some of the elders questions, and also hotel to consider add one more staff there to support. The long waiting time of check-in delay my travel visit here. The room is very clean, and also new. The place is a little far away by not that far from main city. The room windows are all locked, it is a bit frustrated. The hot water suspended, and when i called reception for 5 times, they finally pick my phone up saying technical issues into 8am , which i have to leave the hotel at 8:15am for my flight... Finally, the breakfast is insanely good! You guys can have a try.

Very comfortable and novel hotel, you can pay less tax for business. The room is clean and comfortable, it would be better if there is a double bed. There is also a small balcony where you can see the park and the lake. It’s just that there are many mosquitoes on the balcony. I really don’t know if it’s so cold and it can still produce mosquitoes. Rich and nutritious in the morning and delicious hot spring eggs. Just a bit far from the train station, about 15 minutes walk.

A rather basic hotel, but worthy of its price. The hotel is suitable for people with a limited budget but who want to live here for a long time. In addition to ordinary hotel rooms, there are also public living rooms and public bathrooms (that is, there are also rooms without bathrooms). The overall feel is more like a student dormitory. The room was very cold when I arrived. I searched for a long time before I realized that the heating was not turned on. So my impression of this hotel is cold and bleak, and I guess I won't go there again in the future. But it would be unfair to say that this hotel has nothing good to offer.

The hotel was in a great location, right by the cathedral and close to the shopping district and mainline train station. The room was big, spacious and clean. However unfortunately at the moment there is a lot of construction work happening behind the hotel where our room was and it was very hard to sleep with such loud noises from 7am we also had to leave the windows open as it was very warm and there was no air conditioning in the room which also didnt help. There was a free coffee machine available to make hot drinks in the lobby to take to the room however it wasnt always working when we needed it. Otherwise good value hotel.

The location is good, quiet, clean and comfortable as a business trip accommodation. Recommended as the best stay to stay alone. It was convenient to have a snack because there were utensils and inductions to cook food.

The hotel was nice if you're visiting Köln. But i guess we just had experienced a scary situation where someone was trying to Unlock the door at around 9pm when we're about to sleep. We got scared. Then when we heard that, i asked who's trying to open the door and it was a Family with 2 kids, so the receptionist gave us the wrong key for our booked room and they gave the Family the wrong key but with the same room number. No explanation was made what really happened at that exact moment from the receptionist , got no time to go down and ask the reception since we're tired from that day. But ofcourse we're already bothered and scared about that.
