YYingwenA very satisfying stay! The room was clean and tidy, and the location was absolutely perfect, right next to Cologne Cathedral. Parking was also very convenient. Although breakfast was a bit pricey, the spread was extensive and the service was excellent. Plus, there's a dining and shopping district right behind the hotel, making everything super convenient.

GGuest UserThe rooms were really spacious and the breakfast was delicious!! I would really recommend booking that if you‘re staying here. The only thing I have to criticize is that the gym is really small and it will quickly get crowded if multiple guests want to use it at once. There is only one multi use machine and treadmills, a bike and some weights which are way too heavy for most trainings. Overall we had a really great stay though!

KKbitygI had an overall pleasant stay at the Pullman Hotel. The staff and facilities were good, and I enjoyed my time there. Unfortunately, on Thursday evening there was a water outage, so there was no running water until the next morning, and hot water was only restored around noon. This was inconvenient, but apart from that, my experience was positive.

GGuest UserThe hotel is well located, stunning hotel, great facilities. Cleanliness is average because when we arrived, the cupboards had food that did not belong to us and the daily room service was very basic just making the bed, changing some not all used towels, on some days they did not even top up the coffee capsules but overall I would recommend the hotel. Enjoyed their pool table and gym facilities as well.

TTeresa Benedictclose to train station. however I did have a bit of difficulty finding a path to the hotel from the station. Google maps was showing me different directions - the problem is that the station is parallel to the dom and to get to the road level, you have to do down and not up the stairs to the dom. I did not use the facilities or the food. I did appreciate that they had water in the room and fruits at the reception area. They also had left luggage at no charge.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very good. There's a supermarket across the street and the station is a 7-minute walk away, which is super convenient. It's a bit bigger and cleaner than the H+ room we stayed in before. The service is also good. The only regret is that the room doesn't come with water.

GGuest UserIt’s a lovely and convenient hotel. With everything located nearby, it allows visitors to easily get around the city and all the popular spots. It is especially just a short walk away from the new market and all the neighbouring restaurants, bars, and it is connected to the famous Cologne Cathedral and train stations. In a word, I am very satisfied with my three - day stay.

GGuest UserThe reception and service were fine. I could tell they spent a lot of time designing a very nice reception and welcome area and I am sure the restaurant is very good. However, I was a bit disappointed with the overall design of the room and the size especially for the price I paid. You go from a “boutique exterior” to an average to okay hotel room. The shower was close to matching the front end of the hotel but the bedroom space, window, noise, TV as well as light design were pretty avg. I had an okay stay but wasn’t that comfortable.
I am grateful to have been put next to the elevator since I was leaving in the middle the night for the airport but I wished the room offered more for the price requested per night I am sorry to say.

AAnonymous UserCheck in was easy, its a nice hotel right in the town and a walking distantie from the train station. The service was good but did not expect the wellness centrum to be alocated at a different building but still was nice to have use the faciliteiten.
